Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Rotator Cuff Injury From The Treatment Of Typhoid Fever

Objective:To explore the effect of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction combined with shock wave on rotator cuff injury;Methods:Sixty patients with rotator cuff injuries who were treated in our hospital from February 2016 to January 2017 were enrolled in the hospital.The patients were numbered according to the time of treatment,and then grouped by random number method.For the observation group and the control group,30 cases were observed in the observation group and the control group,in which the observation group was treated with Guizhi Decoction combined with shock wave therapy,while the control group was treated with shock wave therapy alone.Patients in different subgroups were treated with the European Shoulder Association's Constant-Murley shoulder scoring system,visual analogy(VAS),and joint mobility(ROM)before treatment and at 1,2,and 4 weeks after treatment.The indicators in the assessment were evaluated in a general comparison.Result:1.The VAS scores of the observation group and the control group were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group were all during the treatment.There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)between the two groups.2.The CMS scores of the observation group and the control group were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05).The CMS scores of the observation group were the same during the treatment.Both 2W and 4W were significantly better than the control group,and there were statistical differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3.The joint activity of the observation group and the control group at 2W and 4W was significantly better than that before treatment,and there was significant statistical difference(P<0.05).The joint activity of 2W and 4W after treatment in the observation group should be Significantly better than the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);4.The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(83.33%),and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).5.The symptom scores(pain,dysfunction,muscle atrophy)of the two groups were significantly better than those before treatment,there was statistical difference(P<0.05),and the symptom scores of the observation group after treatment(pain,dysfunction,muscle)Atrophy)was significantly better than the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);Conclusion:The treatment of rotator cuff injury combined with Guizhi Decoction on the basis of shock wave therapy has a good performance in relieving pain,joint mobility and improving shoulder score.On the basis of physical therapy,traditional Chinese medicine treatment is worthy of popularization and clinical use,and has good therapeutic value.
