The Clinical Study Of Yifei Xuanfei Jiangzhu Recipe Combined With Donepezil In The Treatment Of Turbid And Obstructive Vascular Dementia

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Yifei Xuanfei Jiangzhuo combined with donepezil in the treatment of vaginal obstructive vascular dementia.Methods: We divided 60 patients with vaginal obstructive vascular dementia by random number table into the experimental group and the control group,30 cases each.The experimental group was treated with Yifei Xuanzhuzhuo Decoction combined with donepezil hydrochloride tablets,and the control group was treated with donepezil hydrochloride tablets for 2 months.Observe the scores of the simple intelligence scale(MMSE),activity of daily living ability(ADL),TCM syndrome score(SDSVD)and adverse reactions before and after treatment,and the serum superoxide dismutase Effects of(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-?),and interleukin-18(IL-18)levels.Results: After treatment,the MMSE score and total effective rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).2 After treatment,the average score of ADL in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of TDSVD in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum SOD level of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the serum MDA,serum TNF-?,IL-18 levels were lower than the control group(P<0.05);There was no obvious adverse reaction afterwards.Conclusion: Yifei Xuanfei Jiangzhuo combined with donepezil in the treatment of phlegm and stasis type vascular dementia is effective and safe,can significantly improve the symptoms of TCM syndrome,improve the cognitive ability and daily living ability of patients,and has certain resistance.The mechanism of oxidation and inhibition of inflammatory response may be related to the increase of SOD content and the decrease of MDA,TNF-? and IL-18 levels in Yifei Xuanfei Jiangzhuo Recipe.
