Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Huatan Tongluo Decoction In Treating Acute Cerebral Infarction With Wind-Stagnation Syndrome

purpose: To observe and evaluate the efficacy and safety of Jiawei Huatan Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.In order to use the method of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,to provide individualized treatment for patients with acute cerebral infarction.method: In this study,80 patients with acute cerebral infarction(wind stagnation syndrome)who met the criteria were selected by randomized controlled method.They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table.The control group received anti-platelet aggregation,lipid-lowering,stable plaque and other Western medicine treatments.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine “Jiawei Huatan Tongluo Decoction” on the basis of routine treatment of Western medicine for 2 weeks.The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),the Daily Living Ability Assessment Scale(modified Barthel Index Scoring),the Stroke Disease Scale,and the TCM Syndrome Score Scale were used as therapeutic observations.The indicators were evaluated for the efficacy and clinical efficacy of TCM syndromes in the two groups.In the course of treatment,the patient was monitored for blood,urine,stool routine,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram and other related safety indicators,and adverse reactions were recorded.Statistical methods were used to analyze the relevant data to comprehensively evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of “Jiawei Huatan Tongluo Decoction” in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Result:1.NIHSS score: After the end of the treatment period,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the previous ones(P<0.01).The reduction of NIHSS scores in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P=0.020<0.05).2.Modified Barthel index(MBI): After the end of the treatment period,the MBI of the two groups was significantly higher than before(P<0.01).The MBI index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant.Meaning(P=0.000<0.01).3.Stroke disease scores: After the end of the treatment period,the scores of the disease groups in both groups were significantly lower than before(P<0.01).The degree of disease score reduction in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.033 <0.05).4.TCM syndrome scores: After the end of the treatment period,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before(P<0.01).The TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P =0.022<0.05).5.The score of neurological deficit score: The total effective rate was 87.2% in the observation group and 76.3% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The neurological deficit score of the observation group was evaluated.Better than the control group.6.TCM syndrome efficacy: the total effective rate of the observation group was 89.7%,and the total efficiency of the control group was 73.7%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.01),and the TCM syndrome effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.7.Safety monitoring: No significant adverse reactions were observed in the two groups during the course of treatment.Conclusion:1.Jiawei Huatan Tongluo Decoction combined with Western medicine can significantly improve the degree of neurological deficit in patients with acute cerebral infarction and improve the activities of daily living,improve the performance of TCM syndromes,and its clinical efficacy is better than simple Western medicine routine treatment.2.Jiawei Huatan Tongluo Decoction combined with Western medicine routine treatment,good safety,no obvious side effects.
