Clinical Study On Jiawei Duhuo Jisheng Decoction In Treating Rheumatoid Arthritis Of Liver And Kidney Deficiency Pattern

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of Jiawei Duhuo Jisheng decoction for rheumatoid arthritis with live and kidney deficiency pattern.Methods:Fifty patients with RA and liver-kidney deficiency were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,25 cases in each group.All cases were treated at the Department of Rheumatology,Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 31,2017 to September 30,2018.The control group received treatment.The control group was treated with methotrexate tablets(MTX),leflunomide(LEF)and meloxicam capsules,the treatment group was treated with Jiawei Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on the basis of the above western medicines for 12 weeks.The TCM syndrome,DAS28,HAQ,CDAI,SDAI,CRP,ESR,RF score and side effects rate were observed before and after treatment.Results:(1)In the treatment of disease,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 84%,the total effective rate of the control group was68%,and the control group was worse than the treatment group.(p<0.05);(2)After treatment,The scores of DAS28,HAQ,CDAI and SDAI were improved in both groups(p<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.(p<0.01orp<0.05);(3)The laboratory indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were compared: CRP,ESR and RF of the two groups were improved after treatment(p<0.05)and the control group was worse than the treatment group(p<0.01orp<0.05);(4)The scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were decreased(p <0.05),the amelioration in the control group was significantly lower than treatment group.(p < 0.01 orp < 0.05);(5)After treatment,the overall efficiency of TCM symptoms in the control group was significantly lower than that in the treatment group(p<0.05).(6)Comparing the incidence of side effects between the two groups: the incidence of side effects in the control group was higher than that in the treatment group,and the discrepancy was statistically meaningful(p<0.05).Conclusion:Jiawei Duhuo Jisheng Decoction united with western medicine in the treatment of RA with liver and kidney deficiency can improve the curative effect,effectively improve clinical symptoms of joint pain and swelling and laboratory indicators,and reduce the incidence of side effects.
