The dialectical treatment of TCM and the research of modern genes pay attention to the Individual difference.The difference in constitution leads to the individual's different reactions to the disease.Phlegm-dampness constitution is closely related to many common diseases in moderm times.Diet is an important factor leading to the formation of phlegm-dampness constitution,and it is an indispensable part of exploring the TCM constitution.Therefore,the study on the relationship between dietary preference and phlegm-dampness constitution can not only prevent the occurrence of related diseases,but also prevent the disease from being sicken.It can also improve or even reverse the physique bias of the phlegm-dampness constitution by rationally adjusting the diet structure.And it plays a positive role in the treatment and prognosis of the disease.Objective:To collect ancient literature about the theory discussion on the relationship between dietary preference and phlegm-dampness constitution,tracing the historical origin and the development of the relationship between dietary preference and phlegm-dampness constitution;To search for the ancient literatures of the Chinese Medical Classics,screening and analyzing related foods and drinks of phlegm and dampness,beneficial or harmful;to analyze the medical records related to dietary preference and phlegm-dampness constitution in ancient literatures,summaring the dietary preference and incidence of phlegm-dampness constitution,the principle of medication;to explore the reasonable dietary for phlegm-dampness constitution with modern literature.It is expected to provide theoretical support for the relationship between dietary preference and phlegm-dampness constitution,and provide practical dietary guidance for people with dampness and related diseases.Methods:To determine the key words of the relationship between dietary preference and phlegm-dampness constitution,searching for ancient literatures of the Chinese Medical Classics,supplement of the content found in the book materials,to sort and filter,remove the repetitive discussion or a discussion that has little to do with the research.The literature contents related to the diet preference and phlegm-dampness constitution is saved in Word document,and streamlined into an Excel spreadsheet to become a database for studying the relationship between dietary preference and phlegm-dampness constitution.Statistics is performed on the database according to the study.Results:1.A total of 178 articles on the relationship between dietary preference and phlegm-dampness constitution were collected from the 76 ancient medical books of the Chinese Medical Classics.According to the analysis of these articles,the earliest discussion on the relationship between dietary preference and phlegm-dampness constitution comes from the earliest existing TCM classics"the Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor"in Qin Han Dynasty.Next generations of doctors all discusse the relationship between dietary preference and phlegm-dampness constitution.The development peak period is the Ming and Qing Dynasties.The main works that discuss the relationship between dietary preference and phlegm-dampness constitution are?Yin Shi Xu Zhi??Ji Jiu Gang Sheng Ji??Nei Ke Zhai Yao?)?Lin Zheng Zhi Nan Yi An??Za Bing Gang Yao??Zheng Zhi Hui Bu??Dan Xi Xin Fa??Gu Jin Ming Yi Hui Cui?and?Xu Ming Yi Lei An?.The doctors who talked about the relationship between dietary preference and phlegm-dampness constitution have Jia Ming,Cheng Pengcheng,Xue Ji,Ye Gui,Dan BoYuanjian,Li Yongcui,Zhu Zhenheng,Luo Mei,Zhang Lu.2.There are 3 kinds of drinks and 31 kinds of food that are common in ancient medical books,which are easy to aggravate phlegm dampness in vivo.there are 8 kinds of drinks and 50 kinds of food that can decrease phlegm dampness in vivo.In the writings of the past dynasties,tea,maltose,white sugar,orange,myrica rubra,persimmon,ginkgo seed,globefish can aggravate or decrease the phlegm dampness in the human body is different.2.the frequency distribution of "Xing" that can aggravate phlegm dampness in the body is:mild(44%),warm(35%),cold(15%),cold(6%),heat(0%);that can decrease phlegm dampness in vivo is:warm(29%),mild(26%),cold(22%),cool(16%),heat(7%).the frequency distribution of "tastes"that can aggravate phlegm dampness in the body is:sweet(66%),acid(13%),salty(9%),pungent(6%),bitter(4%),astringent(2%),light(0%);that can decrease phlegm dampness in vivo is:sweet(44%),pungent(19%),bitter(13%),acid(9%),salty(7%),light(5%),astringent(3%).3.By sorting out and analyzing the ancient Chinese medical records,we find that the diseases caused by dietary preference with phlegm-dampness constitution are:stroke,asthma,dampness,dizziness,typhoid fever,blood syndrome,irregular menstruation,infertility,white turbidity,hair back Thirst,pain syndrome,phlegm syndrome,urinary incontinence,loose stools,and redness,it records the most cases of stroke medicine.The poor eating habits that lead to the onset of phlegm-dampness or recurrence after illness are summarized as follows:fragrant cream,thick taste,alcoholism,diet more than ordinary people,addiction,drinking and excessive milk,glutinous fat,sweet,pork,hi Drink cold water,eat spicy and refreshing things.The prescriptions mainly used by doctors are Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,Liuwei Dihuang Pill,Erchen Decoction,Liujunzi Decoction,Bawei Pill,Pingwei Powder and Daotan Decoction.The drugs used mainly include Coptis,Phellodendron,Poria,Tianma,Zhuru,Atractylodes,Ginger,Pinellia,Alisma,and Cimicifuga.The specific needs should be added or subtracted as appropriate.Conclusions:1.The relationship between dietary preference and phlegm-dampness constitution originated from the"the Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor"in Qin Han Dynasty.It was clearly determined during the Jin and Yuan Dynasties that dietary preference could lead to the formation of phlegm-dampness constitution,and the relationship between the Ming and Qing dynasties was rich in discussion.2.People who are phlegm-dampness constitution should eat more warm food and eat less sweet food.3.The main dietary preference lead to the onset of phlegm-dampness constitution is:addictive fat,thick taste,alcohol and diet times more than ordinary people.4.People who are phlegm-dampness constitution should eat less hick and cold nourishing food which can sabotage the digestion,help for the aggravation of phlegm-dampness constitution and ban smoking and drinking.It is necessary to have a light diet and a balanced taste.It is appropriate to take more foods that can invigorate the spleen,remove phlegm and dampness,regulate qi and warming yang.Each meal should be appropriate in moderation,diet interval time should not be too long,to prevent hunger too full damage spleen and stomach.The types of diet should be varied and the balance should be biased.It is reasonable to choose the medicated diet to regulate the physical bias and prevent related diseases.
