Objective:The purpose of this study was to compare the clinical effect of lifting and rotatory pushing and conventional massage in the treatment of lumbar facet joint disorder,so as to provide a more scientific, feasible, safe and reliable treatment method for the clinical treatment of patients with lumbar facet joint disorder. Methods:Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria in the outpatient department and inpatient department of the massage department of yunnan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into two groups by using the method of randomized control group. In the control group,30 cases were exfoliated and 0 cases were exfoliated. The experimental group was treated with pushing and turning the top, while the control group was treated with the massage method of lumbar facet joint disorder in massage therapeutics edited by wang hualan. Each treatment lasted for 15 minutes, once a day,six times a week, and six times a course of treatment, with a total of one course of treatment. The differences in VAS and JOA scores between the two groups were evaluated before treatment and after the completion of the total treatment course, and the collected data were organized into a database.Statistical software SPSS24.0 was used for data processing to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:1.General data(age, gender, course of disease)of the two groups of patients as well as VAS score and J0 A score before treatment were compared, and the results were not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups of patients were comparable.2.Intra-group comparison of patients in the two groups before treatment and after the completion of the total course of treatment,VAS score and J0 A score after the completion of the total course of treatment were compared with those before treatment, and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05),that is,for the treatment of lumbar facet joint disorder, the two massage treatments had an improvement effect on VAS score and J0 A score.3.Comparison between the two groups after the completion of the total course of treatment. After the completion of the total course of treatment, the VAS score and J0 A score of the experimental group were compared with those of the control group, and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the effect of lifting and pushing on improving VAS score and J0 A score was better than that of the conventional massage group.4.After the completion of the total course of treatment,no adverse reactions caused by manipulation occurred in either group.Among the experimental group,5(16.67%)cases were under clinical control,12(40%)cases showed significant effects,11(36.67%)cases were effective, and 2(6.67%)cases were ineffective.Clinical control in the control group 2(6.67%)cases,7 cases(23.33%),17(56.67%)were effective,4(13.33%)had no effect, total effective rate 86.67%,markedly effective rate was 30%,the rank and inspection,Z =-2.08,P = 0.038,the result is statistically significant(P < 0.05),suggesting group markedly effective rate and the efficiency is higher than control group, the group's overall treatment effect is better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Lifting and rotatory pushing and conventional massage have therapeutic effects in the treatment of lumbar facet joint disorders, which can improve the patients' symptoms, signs and quality of daily life.2.The increasing penetrance of the lifting and turning pushing method was significantly better than that of the conventional manipulation group. The curative effect of lifting and rotatory pushing is more advantageous than conventional massage, and no adverse reactions caused by manipulation occur in the two groups, indicatingthat lifting and rotatory pushing is a safe and effective treatment scheme, worthy of clinical promotion and application, and can provide a new treatment method and treatment idea for clinical practice.
