The Clinical Study The Small Joint Disorder Of Upper Thoracic Vertebra Is Treated With The Treatment Of Fine Tuning Of Thoracic Vertebra

Objective: To compare therapeutic effects of the treatment of fine tuning of thoracic vertebra and traditional manipulation on the small joint disorder of upper thoracic vert ebra Combined with mentor experience,this topic aims at exploring the best practice of strong pertinence,litter side effect,safe and effective,simple operation and easily accepted,and estimates the curative effect of the small joint disorder of upper thora cic vertebra is treated with the settlement of the best solution of thoracic vertebra.Methods: Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into tw o groups,test group and control group with 30 patients in each group.The test group was treated with thoracic fine-tuning method,and the control group was treated with conventional manipulation method,once a day,10 times as a course of treatment,a total of one course of treatment.The scores of physical signs,symptoms and working and living abilities of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and r ecorded.Results: After the shedding cases were supplemented with the inclusion criteria as the reference,a total of 60 cases were finally determined.In terms of the number of cas es,the control group and the test group were equal.In terms of the data of subjects in the two groups before treatment,no significant difference was found between the t wo groups(P>0.05)for comparison,has comparability.In terms of clinical syndrome ef ficacy,it was found by comparison that in terms of signs,symptoms,working and liv ing ability scores,both groups improved after treatment compared with the untreated g roup,and P<0.05 was calculated,indicating a significant difference.In the test group,the cases of cure,obvious effect,effective and ineffective were 5 cases,10 cases,11 cases and 4 cases,respectively,with a total effective rate of 86.67%.In the control g roup,the cases of cure,obvious effect,effective and ineffective were 2 cases,5 cases,15 cases and 8 cases,respectively,with a total effective rate of 73.33%.In terms of the indicators of effective rate,significant differences were found between the two gr oups(P<0.05),and the effective rate of clinical symptoms in the test group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion: 1.For the treatment of upper thoracic segment thoracic facet joint disord er,whether it is the thoracic fine-tuning method,or the general manipulation method has clinical efficacy.2.The treatment of fine tuning of thoracic vertebra is better than the traditional manipulation technique in alleviating the pain of patients.3.The test group had advantages over the control group in the improvement of clinical symptoms,signs,work and daily life ability.At the same time,there were no significant advers e reactions in the two groups.It can be seen that the thoracic spine fine-tuning metho d has good efficacy,reliability and safety,and clinical implementation value.
