ObjectiveThrough clinical randomized controlled prospective study, observation of the efficacy and safety of seat pulls in the treatment of thoracic vertebra small joint disorder. The purpose is to seeking the scientific basis for the seat pulls the manipulations in the treatment of thoracic vertebra small joint disorder.MethodWe arrange a total of100patients with thoracic vertebra small joint disorder and using the computer randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with50cases in each. Treatment group were treated with manipulation and seat pulls the repositioning maneuver therapy, the control group using manipulation and oral non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs Buprofen Tablets to treatment.5days are1period of treatment, evaluation of clinical efficacy of the two groups after2courses. Using a visual analogue scale (VAS), present pain intensity (PPI),6point behavior scale (BRS-6) and the McGill pain scale before and after treatment in two groups were compared in the pain score. Observe and record the adverse reactions of the two patients groups during the treatment, carries on an analysis after the end of the treatment.Result1, this study completed studies in96cases, fall off in4cases, the treatment group and the control group each fall off in2cases.2, Baseline:treatment group2, male27cases, female21cases; mean age (39.13±10.73) years; the average duration of (10.15±6.04) months;7cases of T1-4(14.58%),33cases of T5-8(68.75%),8cases of T9-12(16.67%);2mild cases,35moderate cases,11cases were severe; VAS score (5.90±1.82)%,(3.42±0.92) PPI score, BRS-6score (3.48±1.01)%,(8.02±1.25RPI perception scores), RPI score (5.40±1.45feelings), RPI score (13.42±2,67)%. The control group29males,19females; mean age (37.50±11.12) years; the average duration of (9.73±6.56) months;9cases of T1-4(18.75%),32cases of T5-8(66.67%),7cases of T9-12(14.58%);3mild cases,33moderate cases,12severe cases. The VAS score (6.08±1.92)%,(3.46±0.90) PPI score, BRS-6score (3.42±0.96)%,(8.08±1.35RPI perception scores), RPI score (5.38±1.41feelings), RPI score (13.46±2.17)%. Two groups of patients with gender, age, course of disease, location, condition and pain scores were not significant (P>0.05), with comparable.3, clinical curative effect:treatment group25cases were cured,21cases improved,2cases ineffective, the total clinical effective rate was95.83%, control group9cases were cured,26cases improved,13cases ineffective, the total clinical effective rate was72.92%. Two groups in total curative effect and the clinical total effective rate comparison, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).4, pain score:after the treatment, the treatment group the VAS score (1.90±1.32)%,(1.54±1.03) PPI score, BRS-6score (1.48±0.97)%,(3.60±1.27RPI perception scores), RPI score (1.94±1.17feelings), RPI score (5.54±2.37); control group (3.25±1.58) VAS score, PPI score (2.33±1.08)%, BRS-6score (1.96±1.24)%,(3.60±1.27RPI perception scores), RPI score (2.48±1.37feelings), RPI score (6.58±2.55)%. More than two sets of pain scores were significantly lower in the group before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the treatment group the VAS score, PPI score, BRS-6score, RPI score and RPI score of feelings were lower than the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05), while the two group RPI perception score difference was not significant (P>0.05).5, security:the patients of two groups were no obvious adverse reactions.ConelusionThe method Seat pulls can not only effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with thoracic vertebra small joint disorder, also can effectively relieve pain. The effect is remarkable compared with the oral non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, what’s more, the safety is good. Therefore, the seat pulls as a simple operation and rapid curative new treatment method of thoracic vertebra small joint disorder is worthy of clinical application.
