Objective1.By sort out,summarize and summarize the theories of nasal administration for rhinopathies,it provides the theoretical basis for the treatment of allergic rhinitis with Chinese herbal fumigation.2.To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Gubiao Decoction fumigation in treating allergic rhinitis of lung-weiqi deficiency,a famous Chinese medicine Professor Guo Zhaogang's experience prescription was used to fumigate patients with allergic rhinitis of lung-weiqi deficiency,and to provide a basis for fumigation of Gubiao Decoction in treating allergic rhinitis of lung-weiqi deficiency.Methods1.Theoretical research methods: Through literature,book search and other methods,sort out,summarize and summarize the relevant theories of Chinese herbal fumigation treatment of rhinopathy.2.Clinical research methods:Clinical research methods: 62 patients with allergic rhinitis of lung-weiqi deficiency type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Gubiao Decoction combined with fumigation,while the control group was treated with Gubiao Decoction orally.The total course of treatment was 2 weeks.The total clinical efficacy,symptom score,physical sign score,TCM syndrome score and nasal mucosal acidophilia of the two groups were compared.According to the statistical analysis of the data obtained,the efficacy and safety of Gubiao Decoction fumigation in the treatment of allergic rhinitis of lung-qi deficiency type were preliminarily evaluated.Results1.Theoretical research results1.1Chinese herbal fumigation for rhinopathy drugs can not only treat rhinopathy through pulmonary circulation,nasal mucosal absorption of drugs into blood and nerve pathway into the skull,but also treat rhinopathy by local regulation of nerve reflex and temperature inhibition of rhinovirus.1.2To determine the use of Gubiao Decoction fumigation in the treatment of allergic rhinitis of lung-qi deficiency type of allergic rhinitis.2.clinical research results2.1After two weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 81.2%,and that of the control group was 66.7%.The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.2The symptoms,signs,integrals of TCM syndromes,nasal signs and the percentage of eosinophils in nasal mucosa of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment(P < 0.001),and the improvement of symptoms,signs and percentage of eosinophils in nasal mucosa of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group(P < 0.05).2.3Safety therapy assessment:After treatment,the T,P,R,BP and Sp O 2 of the treatment group and the control group were all P > 0.05,with no statistical significance,indicating that the treatment group and the control group had no definite effect on the vital signs and oxygen saturation of the patients.2.4Side effects:In the course of treatment,one patient in the treatment group had facial skin congestion,no obvious swelling,itching,and no adverse reactions in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusions1.It has been proved that fumigation with Gubiao Decoction has certain clinical efficacy in treating allergic rhinitis of lung-spleen deficiency type,which can be explored and applied in clini2.Clinical safety observation: In the whole course of treatment,1 case of adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group,but there was no statistical significance.
