Objective: To study Yao medicine fire attack therapy combined with Yao medicine application in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,verify the effectiveness and safety of Yao medicine fire attack therapy combined with Yao medicine application in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and provide basis for clinical application.Methods: 90 patients with knee osteoarthritis who met the inclusion criteria and voluntarily participated in the treatment were randomly divided into fire attack group,application group and fire attack + application group,30 cases in each group.The fire attack group was treated with Yao medicine fire attack therapy,the application group was treated with Yao medicine application,and the fire attack + application group was treated with Yao medicine fire attack therapy combined with Yao medicine application.The three groups were treated three times a week.VAS score and WOMAC score of the knee joint were performed before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment respectively,and adverse reactions were recorded.SPSS20.0 software was applied to analyze the data statistically.Results: In the VAS score and WOMAC score,there was statistical difference between the three groups before and after treatment(p<0.05).The VAS score and WOMAC score of the three groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment.After treatment,there were statistical differences between the groups(p < 0.05).The VAS score of fire attack+applicationgroup was lower than that of fire attack group,while the VAS score of fire attack group was lower than that of application group.In WOMAC score,there was no statistical difference between the fire attack group and the application group after treatment(p>0.05).There was a statistical difference between the fire attack group and the fire attack+application group(p<0.05).There was a statistical difference between the application group and the fire attack+application group(p < 0.05).The WOMAC score of the fire attack+application group was lower than that of the fire attack group,and the WOMAC score of the fire attack+application group was lower than that of the application group,and the WOMAC score of the fire attack+application group was equivalent to that of the application group.In the pain score,there were statistical differences between the three groups before and after treatment(p<0.05).The pain score of the three groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment.After treatment,there is no statistical difference between the fire attack group and the application group(p>0.05).There is a statistical difference between the application group and the fire attack+application group(p<0.05).There is no statistical difference between the fire attack group and the fire attack+application group(p>0.05).After treatment,the pain score of the fire attack+application group is lower than that of the application group,and the pain score of the fire attack group and the application group is equivalent,and the pain score of the fire attack group and the fire attack+application group is equivalent.In the stiffness score,there was statistical difference between the three groups before and after treatment(p<0.05).The stiffness score of the three groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment.After treatment,there is no statistical difference between the fire attack group and the application group(p>0.05).There is a statistical difference between the fire attack group and the fireattack+application group(p<0.05).There is no statistical difference between the application group and the fire attack+application group(p > 0.05).The stiffness score of the fire attack+application group is lower than that of the fire attack group,and the stiffness score of the fire attack group and the application group is equivalent,and the stiffness score of the application group and the fire attack+application group is equivalent.In the joint function score,there was statistical difference between the three groups before and after treatment(p<0.05).The joint function score of the three groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment.After treatment,there is no statistical difference between the fire attack group and the application group(p>0.05).There is no statistical difference between the fire attack group and the fire attack+application group(p>0.05).There is a statistical difference between the application group and the fire attack+application group(p <0.05).After treatment,the joint function score of the fire attack+application group is lower than that of the application group,and the joint function score of the fire attack group and the application group is equivalent,and the joint function score of the fire attack group and the fire attack+application group is equivalent.The total effective rate of the fire attack+application group was93.33%,and the fire attack group was 83.33%,and the application group was80.00%.No serious adverse reactions occurred in the three groups,and 1 case of vesicular reaction occurred in the fire attack+application group.Conclusion: Yao medicine fire attack therapy and Yao medicine application are both effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and the combined use of the two is better than Yao medicine fire attack therapy or Yao medicine application alone.Yao medicine fire attack therapy combined with Yao medicine application has good effects in relieving pain,improving stiffness degree of knee joint and joint function,and has no obvious adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
