Clinical Study On Acupuncture And Moxibustion For Treatment Of Ovarian Reserve Dysfunction Caused By Kidney Deficiency And Liver Qi

Objective In this study,acupuncture treatment of patients with kidney deficiency and liver qi dysfunction(Diminished Ovarian Reserve(DOR))was performed to observe the serum anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)level and bilateral ovarian sinus follicle counts.Antral follicle count(AFC)and the average volume of bilateral ovaries,the influence of ovarian blood perfusion and the improvement of clinical syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine,the preliminary analysis and evaluation of the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion for treating kidney deficiency and liver stagnation DOR,providing clinical treatment for this disease An effective and safe treatment.Methods All the cases in this study were selected from the patients who received the acupuncture clinic and gynecological outpatient clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2017 to October 2018,a total of 60 patients,and these 60 patients with kidney deficiency and liver stagnation DOR According to the random number table method,30 patients in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group were signed with informed consent.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion for tonifying the kidney and soothing the liver,regulating the sputum and regulating the spleen.The control group was given the estrogen and progesterone cycle sequential treatment plan.Treatment begins on the 6th day of the menstrual cycle,1 course for 1 month,and a total of 3 courses of treatment.After the end of the treatment,observe and analyze the TCM syndrome efficacy and TCM syndrome scores and ovarian function indicators before and after treatment: serum AMH level,AFC,ovarian volume(Ovarian Volume,OV)and three-dimensional ultrasound detection of ovarian blood perfusion: blood vessels Vascularisation Index(VI),Flow Index(FI),Vascularisation Flow Index(VFI).Results 1.TCM syndrome efficacy: There was a significant difference in the efficacy of TCM syndromes between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the TCM syndrome efficacy of the treatment group was better than the control group.2.TCM syndrome scores:(1)Comparison within the group: After treatment,the two groups were significantly different from before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both groups of treatment can reduce the TCM syndrome scores of patients;(2)Comparison: The TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group after treatment were significantly different from the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing the TCM syndrome scores of patients.3.Ovarian function indicators:(1)Comparison within the group: After treatment,serum AMH levels,AFC,OV size,ovarian blood perfusion VI,FI,VFI values were significantly different(P<0.05).These two groups can improve serum AMH level,AFC,OV size and ovarian blood perfusion VI,FI,VFI values;(2)comparison between groups: treatment group serum AMH level,AFC,OV size,ovarian blood flow The perfusion VI,FI and VFI values were significantly different from the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving serum AMH level,AFC,OV size and ovarian blood perfusion VI,FI and VFI values.Conclusion Acupuncture therapy can significantly alleviate the clinical syndrome of patients with kidney deficiency and liver stagnation,and improve the ovarian reserve function,that is,improve serum AMH level,AFC,OV size and ovarian blood perfusion VI,FI,VFI.This treatment is effective and safe.Can be applied to the clinic.
