MethodBecause at present, whether Chinese or western medicine for this disease has notbeen widely accepted effective treatment method, this study had no control group, butthe method of self-control before and after treatment.30cases of clinical researchfrom2010November to2012December, the patients in First Affiliated Hospital ofYunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Using the method ofinvigorating kidney and regulating menstruation combined acupuncture and drugtreatment of three menstrual cycles. Observed and recorded before treatment and afterMarch the symptom score, total score, menses and sex hormones, especially FSH,changes of FSH/LH ratio, or B ultrasound examination of bilateral ovarian follicle.Results1. In30cases, compared with before treatment and after treatment the symptomscores, only the palpitation of the heart, a decrease was not obvious, the differencewas not statistically significant (0.05<P<0.10); the rest were decreased significantly,with statistical significance (P<0.01); the total symptom score decreased, withstatistical significance (P<0.01).2. Before and after treatment in patients with changes in traditional Chinesemedicine efficacy is obvious, after3cycles of treatment, statistics have symptoms of0cases were cured, effective in14cases, effective16cases, invalid0cases, the totaleffective rate was100%.3. Patients after the treatment of menstruation changes from the menstrual cycle,the quantity, the color of blood and the quality of these three aspects to observe,observation statistics according to the menstrual Recovery1people,22people,6people were effective,1ineffective, the total effective rate was96.67%.4.
