Pregnancy is a special physiological period experienced by women,especially in women in the third trimester of pregnancy.Due to the rapid growth and development of the fetus,the functional load of pregnant women is maximized,and the psychological burden of pregnant women is aggravated.At the same time,as the expected date of birth approaches,pregnant women There are more and more fears about fetal health and self-delivery,and it is prone to adverse psychological effects such as anxiety and depression.These negative psychology can have an adverse effect on pregnant women and the fetus.On the one hand,Anxiety and Depression can reduce the blood supply to the uterus and placenta by increasing the amount of catecholamine secretion in pregnant women,resulting in weak uterine contraction and prolonged labor,which directly affects the delivery outcome of pregnant women,which ultimately leads to dystocia and premature birth.Obstetric complications such as postpartum hemorrhage,intrauterine distress,and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.On the other hand,pregnant women in anxiety and depression during pregnancy will hinder their social function,affect the harmony of family relationships,and even have long-term adverse effects on the development of infants' mood,behavior,intelligence and cognitive ability.There may be a tendency to harm the baby and commit suicide.The Q-method is a systematic method for measuring human subjectivity in combination with qualitative research and quantitative research.The purpose of the Q methodology is to enable people to consistently portray their subjectivity in order to systematically and strictly quantify them.As a subjective method of research,the most unique aspect of methodology is to let the subjects directly express their inner world.At present,there are many studies on the psychological status of pregnant women at different stages,but the use of the Q method as an assessment tool is still insufficient.Based on the Q method,this study explores the influencing factors of women's adverse psychological status in the third trimester of pregnancy,in order to propose corresponding countermeasures,and also provides some new ideas for the development of the postnatal antenatal depression scale.At the same time,it also broadens the application of Q method in the field of domestic nursing.Objectives:Understand the prenatal adverse psychological status of women in late pregnancy.By applying the Q methodology to the investigation of the uncomfortable state of women in the third trimester of pregnancy,and further exploring the relevant factors affecting prenatal adverse emotions in women in late pregnancy,the relevant factors analyzed are classified.Relevant factors affecting the prenatal adverse psychological status of women in late pregnancy are targeted to propose nursing strategies,and also provide new ideas for future clinical care.Provide a basis for the development of the antenatal depression scale.Methods:1.Literature research The relevant literatures at home and abroad are reviewed,analyzed and collated to understand the general psychological state of women in late pregnancy and the research field of Q method,which provides a reference for this study.2.Interview Method Through one-on-one semi-structured interviews,factors affecting the adverse psychological status of women in late pregnancy were further collected to provide evidence for the establishment of the Q sample.3.Questionnaire Method After the P sample is determined,the background information of the research object,including age,occupation,education level and other related issues,will be obtained through questionnaire survey,and more sufficient information will be prepared for this study.Result:This study roughly classified the relevant factors and finally identified five categories of factors that have significant effects on the adverse psychological status of women in late pregnancy,which can be summarized as factor 1: developmental growth anxiety;factor 2: anxiety in early stage of delivery;3: Future life worry type;factor 4: pregnancy related type;factor 5: risk perception type.Conclusion:1.The factors affecting the unhealthy psychological status of women in late pregnancy are complex and may be the result of multiple aspects.For this special group,it is necessary for all sectors of society to cooperate with each other to overcome the global problem of maternal mental health.Relevant medical personnel and institutions establish relevant processes for psychological screening,improve stereotypes of doctors and patients' roles,and promote the training of relevant specialist nurses.Maternal women actively seek help,actively cooperate,and carry out psychological and physical training.Social support,network promotion,spouse and family support,and the establishment of a maternity school in the community.2.Q method,the research of many foreign subject areas has already shown its unique value,the domestic is still in its infancy,and its subjective aspect is worth recommending.
