A Summary Of The Experience In The Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment For Cervical Cancer In Jiangsu Province Hospital Of Chinese Medicine Based On Data Mining

Objective:In this study,date mining technology system was used to retrospectively analyze the syndrome differentiation and medication rules of patients with cervical cancer by the chief physician of Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine and summarize the the experience in the treatment,so as to deepen the theoretical understanding of Chinese medicine on cervical cancer in order to provide certain ideas and references for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer.Methods:268 clinical cases of cervical cancer were collected from September 2016 to September 2018 in the department of oncology and gynecological clinic of Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine.Then the detailed information of the four diagnostic data and traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions were extracted to establish the standard data database and clean the date with clinical standard.The date mining database of medical records was established by entering data into the EXCEL and Medcase data mining system after multiple verification.The relevant conclusions form the standard analysis methods such as frequency,association rules and cluster analysis with strong statistics and objectivity are obtained by using the model of data mining operation based on enhanced association rules and the enhanced FPGrowth algorithm.According to the results of the analysis,the experience in the syndrome differentiation and treatment for cervical cancer in Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine was discussed and summarinzed.Results:1.The research covers 268 patients.The age range of the patients is 28-75 years old.The distribution is in line with epidemiology.2.The symptoms with high frequency are fatigue,poor sleep,spontaneous sweating,poor appetite,soreness of waist,abdominal pain,dry mouth,bitter mouth,diarrhea and lumbago.The tongue coating is mainly thin white,light red and dark red.Pulse signs are mainly thready,wiry and weak.The higher frequency of pathogenesis is damp-heat flowing down,cancer toxin accumulation,deficiency of Qi and blood,damp-heat accumulation,deficiency of vital-Qi.Chinese medicine involves 276 kinds of drugs,the higher frequency is Hedyotis diffusa,Atractylodes macrocephala,Licorice,Coix seed,Angelica sinensis,Caulis Spatholobus,Massa mdicata fermentata,Rhizome of Chuanxiong,Herba Solani Lyrati,Radix paeoniae alba.The higher frequency of classification of traditional Chinese medicine are tonifying deficiency medicine,clearing heat medicine,blood-activiating and stasis-dissolving medicine,damp-clearing and diuresis-promoting medicine,and tranquilizing mind medicine.The higher frequencies in four-gas analysis are warm,calm and cool.Sweet,bitter and pungent were the most frequently used in the analysis of five flavors.The liver,spleen,lung,stomach and kidney channels were the most frequent in channel tropism analysis.3.Through the analysis of association rules,combine with clinical professional theoretical knowledge,four groups of commonly use drug pairs were obtained:Hedyotis diffusa-Atractylodes macrocephala,Hedyotis diffusa-Herba Solani Lyrati,Atractylodes macrocephala-Massa mdicata fermentata,Atract)ylodes macrocephala-Coix seed.The analysis of external association rules analyze the symptoms?pathogenesis,symptoms?drugs,pathogenesis?drugs.4.Drug K-means cluster analysis show that eight groups of core prescriptions' were mainly for clearing away heat and detoxifying and tonifying Qi and blood.Conclusion:The Experience in the syndrome differentiation and treatment for Cervical Cancer in Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine was summarized based on the results of data mining and the guidance of instructors.Six common syndromes were obtained:damp-heat-blood-stasis-toxic syndrome,phlegm-blood stasis syndrome,liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome,liver-kidney Yin deficiency syndrome,spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome and blood stasis syndrome.In the treatment,the main method is "strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors",especially to adjust and tonify the liver and kidney and not forget to regain the vital-Qi.The treatment should consider the factors of disease situation,adjust the treatment tendency of strengthening the body resistance and eliminating pathogenic factors,and treat them separately.Grasping the overall concept and considering local treatment at the same time.
