Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the difference in clinical symptom relief between Shengyang Yiwei decoction and western medicine alone in treating chronic gastritis with deficiency of qi and dampness-heat syndrome through the statistics and comparison of clinical symptom scores of clinical cases,so as to objectively evaluate the effect of shengyang yiwei decoction, and to provide a more reliable basis for the clinical application of this prescription.Methods:60 patients with chronic gastritis with deficiency of qi and dampness-heat syndrome were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the principle of statistical randomization. In the control group,30 cases were treated with western medicine. In the treatment group,30 cases were treated with Shengyang Yiwei decoction. The course of treatment is 1 month. In the process of treatment, the patients' symptoms and efficacy were followed up,and the scores were scored mainly around the symptoms of complexion, fatigue, diet, abdominal distension or fullness, epigastric noise, thirst and drinking water(before and after treatment). After the treatment, the symptom scores of the two groups were analyzed and evaluated with statistical software.Results:1.Clinical efficacy comparison of TCM syndromes between the two groups:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%,and that of the control group was 83.8%.Statistical analysis showed that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),that is,the treatment group had significant therapeutic advantage.2.Comparison of total symptom score before and after treatment between the two groups:total symptom score after treatment was obviously lower in both groups than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment group was superior to the control group.3.Comparison of single symptom points between the two groups:in terms of main symptoms, compared with that before treatment, both groups of patients had better efficacy in improving epigastric distension or suffusion, epigastric noise, fatigue, eating less and eating less, thirst and drinking less, and loose stools(P<0.05);Compared between the two groups, the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05)in the symptoms of epigastric distension, fullness or suffusion, weariness and weakness, eating less, eating less and drinking less, and thirst less and drinking less(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in the symptoms of epigastric chaos and loose stool(P>0.05).In secondary symptom sallow complexion, consciously internal heat, dizziness trapped, body weight, tinnitus or ear symptoms in closed, two groups of patients were lower before the treatment(P<0.05),the contrast between the two groups, sallow complexion, heavy body trapped, consciously on the internal heat treatment group is better than that of control group(P<0.05),in the aspect of improving dizziness have no obvious difference(P>0.05).4.In the process of the two groups of cases treatment had no abnormal results and performance.Conclusion:1.Clinical manifestations of patients with chronic gastritis with deficiency of qi and dampness-heat syndrome include epigastric distension or suffocation, epigastric noise, and yellow tongue moss,as well as symptoms such as loose stool, yellow complexion, fatigue, tinnitus or ear closure, oral ulcer, and dizziness.2.Shengyang yiwei decoction guided by Yiqi Shengyang method has significant curative effect in the treatment of chronic gastritis with deficiency of qi and dampness-heat syndrome, which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients such as abdominal distension or discomfort, fatigue, lack of appetite, thirst, sallow complexion, conscious internal heat, limb sleepiness, tinnitus or auriculus.3.The prescription is safe and basically non-toxic,and can be used as a medium and long-term medication for chronic gastritis caused by spleen deficiency and dampness-heat.
