| Drug repositioning is a new use of old drugs, which refers to the discovery of a new drug for a known drug. The known drug relocation is one of the least risky and most effective strategies in the development of drug strategies. So far,the calculation of predictive analysis and experimental screening process are the two major aspects of the new drug research, and the computational prediction analysis method is divided into three main relocation methods: network model, small molecule and drug target.More and more attention is being paid to the network model in the study of new drug use.The disease association network, drug association network and protein interaction network are the three major networks in the network model.Drug evaluation is a process of continuous understanding of drugs.Proper drug evaluation provides doctors and patients with safe, effective and affordable disease treatment programs. In this paper, the therapeutic drugs for diabetes, hypertension and breast cancer were evaluated by analytic hierarchy process, grey situation decision making and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The retargeting potential drugs and the known therapeutic drugs were compared and analyzed in terms of price and side effects. The main work includes the following aspects:1.This paper introduces the relocalizing method based on network model and summarizes the relocalizing drugs obtained by this method.2.Analytic hierarchy process was used to evaluate the efficacy, safety and cost of three common diabetes drugs. The drug with the highest comprehensive score is the optimal choice.Several drugs with retargeting potential were compared and analyzed in terms of daily unit price and side effects with common oral diabetes drugs.3.The grey situation decision method was applied to evaluate the three kinds of hypertension drugs from the three indexes of effective rate, adverse reaction incidence rate and cost,to obtain the optimal program, and the drugs with relocating potential and the three kinds of hypertension drugs were compared and analyzed from the two aspects of daily unit price and side effects.4.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the efficacy, side effects and cost of two groups of breast cancer injection drugs and four groups of oral drugs. The highest score is the optimal choice.Four relocatable drugs were compared with six groups of breast cancer drugs in terms of daily price and side effects. |
