Drug as a special material to protect the biological health,its quality level is mainly embodied in the safety,efficacy and applicability,and these three properties are the embodiment of the nature of the drug itself,at the same time they will be also affected by many factors of variable parameters.Drug evaluation is not only the process of knowing and showing its quality and property,but also a controlling means of its quality.Evaluate correctly drug's efficacy and adverse drug reaction(ADR),it aims to design the safe,effective and economical treatment for patients.The results of the evaluation could be used as the theory basis for drug administration department and clinical,timely eliminate those not meet the requirement of security land effectiveness for clinic timely to ensure the social people's health.This paper uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),Grey Theory and the combination evaluation method of maximizing deviations to evaluate the clinical curative effect,economic and effectiveness of drugs comprehensively.This paper mainly has the following several aspects:1.Using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to evaluate Wutou Decoction(WTD)and its separated prescription.Firstly,build a hierarchical structure for the unevaluated project,then improve the scale of the judgment matrix to build a new scale of the judgment matrix for drug evaluation appropriately.Using index difference of the before and later drug treatment as the initial value.Make a Comparison between these two indexes to build the judgment matrix,according to the judgment matrix to calculate the relative weight of each element,then calculate the combination weight of each element,and as the lowest index to be the evaluation index.the value of the number is the degree of importance for the target to measure,calculate the comprehensive score index of evaluation objects,evaluate the advantages and disadvantages according to the size of the comprehensive score index.2.Evaluate the treatments for hypertension by using Grey situation decision.First,determine the situation and the target,then give the intention of the situation for this four transformation: cost,total effective rate,cost-effectiveness ratio and adverse reaction rate and doing the transformation of effect measurement.Then establish an unified measure space,calculate the comprehensive effect measurement,according to the effect measurement to find satisfied situation.3.Using the objectivity of Entropy Assignment Method,combine with the traditional Grey Relational Decision,evaluate comprehensively 5 prescriptions for the treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis.First of all,using the traditional Grey Relational Decision to calculate the correlation coefficient of the unevaluated objects,using the objectivity of Entropy Assignment Method to replace the Average Weighted Method of Grey Relational Decision to allocate weight,calculate the Grey Correlation Degree,rank and evaluate according to the size of Grey correlation degree.4.Make the combinational evaluation of the Wutou Decoction(WTD)and its separated prescription by using maximizing deviations.First choosing multiple single comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the unevaluated objects,then combine the evaluation value,by the idea of maximizing deviations,provide the weight analysis formula of optimized mathematical model.Evaluate the drugs according to the value of each combinational evaluation.
