Objective: To observe the correlation between hemodynamics and balance function in patients with vertebral arterial cervical spondylosis(CSA).Methods: In 42 cases of vertebral arterial cervical spondylosis, the parameters of bilateral internal carotid artery, peak flow rate(PSV)and resistance index(RI)were collected by color ultrasound examination. The static balance area ratio and length ratio were measured with a balance tester. The correlation analysis was carried out between ultrasonic examination parameters(PSV,RI)and the area ratio and length ratio parameters of the balance examination by two methods; Results: In 42 cases,RI of the right vertebral artery was correlated with the length ratio(r<0,P<0.05).In the 24 patients with abnormal balance work,RI of the right vertebral artery was correlated with the length ratio, and RI of the left vertebral artery was correlated with the area ratio(r<0,P<0.05).Conclusions: The hemodynamics of CSA patients was correlated with the balance function.
