Epidemiological Investigation Of Infertility And Infertility In Suzhou Area And Analysis Of TCM Syndrome

Objective:To investigate the related factors of infertility in Suzhou,to explore the prevalence of infertility in Suzhou,to analyze the related factors of infertility in Suzhou,to formulate the preventive measures of infertility,and to carry out the popularization of reproductive health science for the benefit of women of childbearing age.Methods:This study was a descriptive study.From December 2017 to February 2019,a stratified and random sampling survey was conducted among couples of childbearing age in Suzhou.In 10 cities and districts of Suzhou(Gusu District,Industrial Park,High-tech Zone,Xiangcheng District,Wuzhong District,Wujiang District,Kunshan City,Changshu City,Taicang City,Zhangjiagang City),we conducted a survey on the related factors of infertility among married women of childbearing age(20-49 years old)in Suzhou.The total number of on-site surveys is about 5000 people,and 3549 valid questionnaires are obtained;5771 valid questionnaires are obtained through network channels,and 9320 valid questionnaires are obtained,and the total sample size is 9320.The software SPSS 25.0 was used to carry out frequency analysis or categorization data,and chi-square test was used to analyze the correlation between single factor and the incidence of infertility.Results:(1)The prevalence of infertility in Suzhou was 16.36%,the primary infertility rate was 3.27%,and the secondary infertility rate was 13.09%;(2)Relevant factors of infertility in Suzhou include age,marriage years,gynecological diseases(polycystic ovary syndrome,premature ovarian failure,endometriosis,dysmenorrhea,recurrent abortion),menstruation(cycle,menstrual volume),fertility,weight of both sides,female sleep,urinary system,female health status,female diet(light,greasy),female mood(Open,optimistic,pleasant,sad,worried,impatient,irritable,female interpersonal relationship(colleague relationship,mother-in-law relationship),education level,occupation,family income,frequency of sexual life,sexual satisfaction a:nd infertility were correlated(P<0.01).The factors related to abnormal sperm quality were:working environment(high temperature,radiation)(P<0.01);(3)TCM syndrome classification of infertility in Suzhou:kidney-qi deficiency syndrome accounted for the largest 28.1%,followed by blood stasis block syndrome 16%.Conclusion:1.The prevalence of infertility in Suzhou was 16.36%.2.The incidence of infertility in Suzhou is influenced by biological factors,sociological factors and environmental factors.(1)Biological factors:age,gynecological diseases,menstruation,sperm quality,reproductive history,weight,sleep quality,etc.(2)Sociological factors:diet,mood,educational level,occupation,family income,etc.(3)Environmental factors:high temperature,radiation.3.The TCM syndromes of infertility in Suzhou are mainly kidney-qi deficiency syndrome and blood stasis blocking syndrome.4.In view of the related factors of the disease,we should carry out scientific popularization of reproductive health education for couples of childbearing age in Suzhou.
