Effect Of Liandou Qingmai Recipe On AASI And AIP In Patients With Hypertension Complicated By Atherosclerosis

Objective:Its clinical effect and the mechanism of traditional Chinese and western medicine are explored through observing the effect of Liandou Qingmai Recipe on AASI and AIP,before and after treatment,in patients with hypertension complicated by atherosclerosis.Method:A total of 82 patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group by random method,with 41 cases in each group.with 5 cases in the control group fell off and were removed in the study,It was found that 41 cases in the treatment group and 36 cases in the control group finally.While standard western medicine treatment was adopted in the control group,in the treatment group,traditional Chinese medicine liandou qingmai recipe(composition:15g forsythia forsythia,3g coptis chinensis,15g wild material beans,10g peony bark,10g rhizoma anemarrhenae,10g red peony,10g radish seed)was added on its basis.The total course of treatment is two weeks.AASI,AIP and other efficacy indicators were detected at the beginning of week 0(within 48 hours after admission)and at the end of week 2(at the end of treatment),as well as analyzed and summarized after the study.Safety indicators of patients were paid attention all the way.Resuts:1.The levels of LDL-C decline between control group and treatment group after treatment and in two groups before and after treatment,the differences are statistically significant.TG levels go down as well as HDL-C levels go up,the differences are statistically significant in treatment groups before and after treatment and between two groups after treatment,yet the differences are not statistically significant in control groups before and after treatment.TC levels decreased,the differences are statistically significant in treatment groups before and after treatment,but the differences are not statistically significant after the treatment in the two groups and in control groups before and after treatment.2.the differences of dPP,nocturnal systolic blood pressure drop rate are statistically significant in treatment groups before and ater treatment.the differences of dSBP,24hSBP,dDBP,24hDBP,daytime mean arterial pressure,24-hour mean arterial pressure and nocturnal systolic blood pressure drop rate are statistically significant between control group and treatment group after treatment.However,the rest showed no statistical difference.3.After treatment,The levels of AIP decreased.There were significant differences in the treatment group and between the two groups,but there was no in the control group.4.After treatment,The levels of AASI decreased.There were significant differences in the treatment group and between the two groups,but there was no in the control group.Conclusions:Liandou qingmai recipe can effectively regulate the blood fat levels of patients with hypertension complicated by atherosclerosis,has a certain role in regulating blood pressure,and can also adjust the levels of AASI and AIP.This study confirmed that liandou qingmai recipe has significant efficacy and good safety in short-term blood pressure compliance and arterial protection in patients with hypertensive complicated by atherosclerosis.
