[Objective:] Dynamic arterial stiffness index (Ambulatory arterial Stiffness index)hereinafter referred to as AASI: It refers to the use of24hour ambulatory blood pressurecheck blood pressure measured by the number and is a kind of calculate the reactiondegree of hardening of the arteries. In recent years, A growing body of research suggeststhat AASI and target organ damage in particular of coronary atherosclerosis caused byhardening of the arteries caused by coronary heart disease have a close contact. Thisstudy aims to through the collection of ambulatory blood pressure in patients withsuspected or confirmed coronary heart disease numerical value and computes AASIAASItarget organ damage and hardening of the arteries, especially coronary atherosclerosiscaused by coronary heart disease has a close connection. We study AASI and coronaryatherosclerosis and AASI and pathological changes of coronary heart disease clinicaltypes of close degree and explore AASI whether can be used as a hardening of thecoronary artery predictive reference indicators.[Research objects and methods]1. The object of study: We selected100cases in recent5years at yan ’an universityaffiliated hospital clinical symptoms in patients with coronary heart disease, or by thediagnosis of coronary heart disease were examined by coronary angiography(with orwithout primary hypertension). Before in coronary angiography,we line of ambulatoryblood pressure monitoring, aged between42to70years old.2. Research methods:Collected clinical data Ambulatory blood pressure checks: pressure interval: theday time(8:00~21:59) is15min and the night (22:00to8:00) is30min. We establishcoordinate system by the abscissa denotes the systolic blood pressure, diastolic bloodpressure as the ordinate. We will record the data in the axis trace point to get a straightline and the slope. AASI=1-the slope. Coronary artery lesion blood vessel damage according to the results of coronary angiography by Gensini score. We use a set ofcomparison analysis between AASI and pathological changes of coronary atherosclerosisand coronary heart disease clinical type, etc.[Results:]①The AASI of single coronary artery lesion group, double branchlesions and the three lesion group is higher than normal coronary groups(P﹤0.05).②The AASI of stable angina, unstable angina and acute myocardial infarction group ishigher than normal coronary groups(P﹤0.05).③AASI and degree of coronary heartdisease clinical pathological changes were positively correlated.[Conclusion:] The AASI of single coronary artery lesion group, double branchlesions and the three lesion group is higher than the coronary artery normal control group.②The AASI of stable angina, unstable angina and acute myocardial infarction group ishigher than the coronary artery normal group.③AASI and degree of coronary heartdisease clinical pathological changes were positively correlated.④AASI type has certaincorrelation with clinical pathological changes of coronary heart disease. The highercoronary lesion score is, the more obvious the clinical symptoms is. So AASI is larger.⑤AASI and pathological changes of coronary arteries between integral are closelylinked. It can be used evaluation of coronary artery stenosis degree and clinicalpathological change degree of forecasting as risk factors.
