Objective:To explore the relationship between PDW,CystainC and severity of coronary artery disease in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: the clinical data of 896 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent coronary angiography(CAG)in xinjiang medical university from August 2016 to October 2017 and met the inclusion criteria were retrospectively analyzed.Patients with coronary heart disease were divided into stable angina group(408 cases)and unstable angina group(488 cases)according to their medical history.Patients with coronary heart disease were divided into low rating groups(< 40 points)and high rating groups(> 40 points)according to the Gensini score of coronary artery disease. To observe the difference between platelet parameters,CystainC and Gensini scores in the two groups of stable.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the relationship between platelet parameters,CystainC and severity of coronary artery disease.ROC curve analysis indicated that PDW and Cys C could be used as indicators of the severity of coronary artery disease. Results:there were significant differences in PDW,CystainC between the two groups,(P<0.05).After binary Logistic regression analysis, the multiple factors influencing Gensini score were PDW and CystainC(P<0.05).The higher the value of CystainC,the more likely the Gensini score is to be high. The smaller the PDW value, the more likely the Gensini score is to be high. Conclusion: PDW and CystainC levels in patients with coronary heart disease are the influencing factors for the severity of coronary artery disease.PDW is negatively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease, while CystainC is positively correlated with the severity of coronary artery disease.
