Study On The Postoperative Quality Of Life And Bladder Function In Patients With Cervical Cancer

Objective: This study explore cervical cancer patients' sexual function and bla dder function after radical hysterectomy preliminary,as well as,assesee the quality of sexual life and bladder function after nerve-sparing radical hysterectomy to provid e basis to the therapy method and clinical decision.Methods: Choose 110 patients who visit gynecology of Xinjiang Medical University First Affiliated Hospital in A ugust,2012 between March,2017 and accept radical hysterectomy with laparoscopic,B y the method of telephone interviews and outpatient investigated,make all patients f ill in the Female Sexual Function Index(FSFI)and the Urinary Distress Inventory(U DI)questionnaire.Results was analyzed by statistical software.Results: There was 14 patients lost,96 patients was voluntary participated in this investigation.84 women underwent radical hysterectomy and 12 women underwent nerve-sparing radical hy sterectomy.The FSFI sorce of radical hysterectomy after surgery were:sexual desire2.86±0.56,excitement ofsex2.61±0.47,lubrication of vaginal2.75±0.41,orgasm2.05±0.39,sa tisfactionofsex3.28±0.56,sexual pain4.13±0.58,compare with preoperative had significa nt differences(P<0.001)expect sexual pain.The FSFI sorce of nerve-sparing radical hysterectomy after surgery were:sexual desire3.16±0.64,excitement of sex3.52±0.58,l ubrication of vaginal3.95±0.59,orgasm3.49±0.64,satisfaction of sex4.36±0.48,sexual pa in4.35±0.45,compare with preoperative had significant differences(P<0.001)expect s exual pain.The FSFI sorce between two group had significan differences(P<0.001)e xpect sexual desire and sexual pain.65.44%patients had bladder dysfunctionafter radi cal hysterectomy and 41.65% had after nerve-sparing radical hysterectomy.Conclusio n: radical hysterectomy had influnce on sexual function and bladder function,and th is happens also associated with psychological factors,this influnce had seriously affe cted women' quality of life.Compare with the radical hysterectomy,nerve-sparing surgery has lower effect on patients sexual function and bladder function,it could impr ove quality of life some extently.
