Objective:with the condition of the quality of life choreography for postoperative pelvic floor muscles in patients with cervical cancer effect a radical cure yoga, guiding patients with pelvic floor muscle exercise yoga and continuous nursing intervention method is applied to improve the pelvic floor muscles yoga exercise adherence, explore your pelvic floor muscles yoga bladder function in patients with cervical cancer radical surgery, anxiety, depression and the intervention effect of quality of life. Methods: According to the situation of the patients with cervical cancer radical combined with yoga, completed for cervical cancer patients with pelvic floor muscles yoga,a third in nanchang city maternal and child care oncology use bladder function assessment scale for line in December 2018-December 2019 patients for three months after the eradicative resection of cervical cancer screening, screening exist bladder dysfunction(MHU total score > 0)and the patients voluntary informed consent to participate in this study 90 patients as the research object, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,45 cases in each group, control group given conventional discharge guidance and follow-up,the experimental group in addition to the regular follow-up,At the time of reexamination 3 months after the surgery, the patient was given yoga instruction in the oncology reference room, and the video and yoga practice manual were sent to the patient. The patient was required to practice yoga at home by herself,>3 times a week,45 minutes each time, and the intervention lasted for 3 months. Before intervention with self-made cervical cancer radical surgery patients basic information table to collect the general information of patients, three months intervention before and after the intervention using bladder function assessment scale(MHU),self-evaluation of anxiety scale(SAS),depression self rating scale(SDS),the treatment function of patients with cervical cancer evaluation questionnaire(Cx)FACT-common modules are measured, analyzed intervention effect.Results:1,the data showed: 90 patients with cervical cancer radical surgery MHU total score is: 8.16± 1.85,urgency seven dimensions respectively, can endure the urine time was 2.34 ± 0.77,and urgency related symptoms was 1.08 ± 0.78,daytime voiding evaluation rate(twice the time interval of urination)was 0.62±0.61,night urination frequency(every night urination number)is1.3 ± 0.59 mm,stress urinary incontinence was 1.24±0.66,other types of urinary incontinence was 0.540±.50,1.12 ± 0.82 dysuria, urinary retention.Anxiety(SAS)was 47.53 ± 9.77,and the incidence(SAS>50)was 35.56%.Depression(SDS)was 47.46 ± 10.17,and the incidence(SDS>53)was 27.78%.The total score of the quality-of-life scale(FACT-G,V4.0)for cancer patients was 64.51 ± 7.01,and the scores of the four dimensions were 15.32±3.97 for physiological status,18.33±2.58 for social/family status,16.33±3.59 for emotional status, and 14.52±4.36 for functional status.2.Effect analysis after intervention(1)comparison of bladder functionThe results showed that the total bladder function score and the score of 7dimensions in the control group at 6 months after radical cervical cancer surgery were all lower than that at 3 months after radical cervical cancer surgery, among which the differences in bladder function total score, daytime urination frequency, other types of urinary incontinence, urination difficulty and urinary retention were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the total score of bladder function, urgency of urination(duration of urination tolerance),frequency of urination at night, and pressure incontinence were statistically significant between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05).(2)comparison of anxiety and depressionThe results showed that the scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).(3)comparison of life qualityThe results showed that the total scores of life quality, physiological status, emotional status and functional status in the experimental group were higher thanthose in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions:1.The bladder function of patients at 6 months after radical resection of cervical cancer were better than 3 months after radical resection of cervical cancer.2.Pelvic floor yoga intervention can promote the recovery of bladder function of patients after radical cervical cancer surgery.3.Pelvic floor yoga intervention can relieve anxiety and depression of patients after radical cervical cancer surgery.4.Pelvic floor yoga intervention can improve patients' quality of life.
