Observation On The Curative Effect Of Ear Acupoint Acupuncturing On Acute Cholecystitis And Gallstone-induced Biliary Colic

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of auricular acupoint needling combined with western medicine in the treatment of biliary colic.Methods:According to the order of admission,60 subjects who met the inclusion criteria were divided into routine treatment group and acupuncture group with 30 cases in each group by random number table method in SPSS software.The routine treatment group was treated with routine western medicine methods such as spasmolysis,pain relief,anti-inflammation and fluid replacement.On this basis,the acupuncture group was treated with pinching needles at the four points of liver,gallbladder,Shenmen and subcortex of bilateral ear acupoints.Pain scores of 0.5 h,1 h,2 h,24 h and 48 h after treatment were recorded and compared between the two groups.The plasma levels of ?-endorphin(P-EP)and C-reactive protein(CRP)were measured before and after treatment for 3 days.Results:Baseline analysis:1.All patients in the conventional treatment group and the acupuncture group completed the test without dropping out or withdrawing,30 cases in each group,a total of 60 cases;2.Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference in gender,age and course of disease between the two groups(p>0.05).Therapeutic effect analysis:The pain scores of 0.5h,1h,24h,48h,plasma p-EP and CRP in the acupuncture group were better than those in the conventional treatment group after 3 days of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).There was no significant difference in pain scores between the acupuncture group and the conventional treatment group after 2 hours of treatment(p>0.05).Conclusion:Auricular acupoint pinching combined with western medicine can reduce the pain score of patients 0.5 h,1 h,24 h,48 h after treatment,increase the content of plasma ?-EP to a certain extent,significantly reduce the pain of patients with acute cholecystitis and cholelithiasis caused by biliary colic;at the same time,auricular acupoint pinning combined with western medicine can reduce the concentration of plasma CRP and alleviate inflammation reaction to a certain extent.
