ObjectiveRenal colic is a common emergency urology,emergency department is also a common acute abdomen,one of the most is due to kidney,ureteral stones or other factors trigger urinary tract obstruction,increased ureteral peristalsis,caused by increased renal pressure,often cause Upper abdomen,waist and abdomen cramps,the typical symptoms of sudden onset of severe abdominal pain,accompanied by pale,limb weakness,nausea and vomiting,cold sweat and other discomfort.Sudden onset of the disease,severe pain,unbearable,often require effective measures to reduce pain in a short period of time.Qiu's point is my tutor Professor Qiu Yunqiao repeatedly demonstrated for many years in clinical and used to treat specific points of stone kidney stones,fixed position,pain relief effect is obvious.In this study,we compared the Qiu's point and non-acupoints for the treatment of patients with lithous renal colic for immediate analgesic efficacy and plasma P substance(SP)expression,Whether the mechanism is related to the expression of substance P through affecting the plasma neuropeptide?Method1.In strict accordance with inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected30 normal subjects,120 patients with stone renal colic,aged 18 to 65 years.2.According to random number table,120 cases of renal colic were randomly divided into model group,Qiu's point group,Non-non-acupoints group 1(Qiu's point Within 1cm),Non-non-acupoint group 2(Qiu's point Outside 1cm)30 cases in each group,Qiu's point group and Non-non-acupoint groups according to the requirements of acupressure points,The model group was given the blood samples during the episode of renal colic to measure the plasma substance P,and the conventional analgesic treatment was taken after the extraction.3.The VAS pain scale score,pain intensity grade,D-vas and pain onset time were compared between Qiu's point group and Non-non-acupoint group.4.The plasma concentration of substance P in normal human and model group was detected by ELISA kit,and the baseline of plasma substance P concentration was obtained.By comparing the levels of plasma substance P in Qiu's point group,non-acupoints group 1and 2 The baseline level of the relationship.5.All the data were imported into the Excel spreadsheet and the statistical data were collected and analyzed using SPSS 22.0 statistical software to explore whether Qiu's mechanism of treating renal colic was related to the protein expression of substance P induced by plasma pain.Result1.All subjects had completed the study,no shedding and adverse reactions.The age,sex,location of pain,location of stones,pre-treatment VAS score and pain level,by statistical test,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),which were comparable.2.There were significant differences VAS score after treatment between Qiu's acupoint group and non-acupoint 1 group,Qiu's acupoint group and non-acupoint 2 groups(P<0.05),but not between in the non-acupoint group 1and 2(P> 0.05).There were significant differences in VAS scores between before and after treatment in the Qiu's acupoint group(P<0.05).The other two groups before and after treatment VAS score comparison,no statistical significance(P>0.05).3.After treatment the grade of pain,There was a significant difference between Qiu's acupoint group and non-acupoint 1 group,Qiu's acupoint group and non-acupoint 2 groups(P<0.05),but not between in the non-acupoint group1 and 2(P> 0.05).There were significant differences in the grade of pain before and after treatmentt in the Qiu's acupoint group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the grade of pain between the other two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).4.Pain improvement quantification index(D-vas),There were significant differences between Qiu's acupoint group and non-acupoint group 1,Qiu's acupoint group and non-acupuncture point 2 group(P<0.05),The difference was not statistically significant between non-acupuncture point group 1 and 2(P>0.05).5.Analgesic onset time,There were significant differences between Qiu's acupoint group and non-acupoint group 1,Qiu's acupoint group and non-acupuncture point 2 group(P<0.05),The difference was not statistically significant between non-acupuncture point group 1 and 2(P>0.05).6.Before treatment,the content of plasma substance P in the normal group was significantly lower than that in the model group(P<0.05).After treatment,there was significant difference in plasma P content between Qiu's acupoint group and normal group(P<0.05),but there was a significant difference compared with model group(P<0.05).Non-acupoints group 1,non-non-acupoints2 plasma P content in plasma and normal subjects plasma substance content comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the model group plasma P substance content was no significant difference(P>0.05);There were not significant differences between Qiu's acupoint group and non-acupoints 1 and 2 group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionFinger pressure Qiu's point treatment of stone renal colic instant analgesic effect was significantly better than non-non-acupoint group,and down pain in patients with painful renal neuropeptide substance P substance,and then reach the effect of analgesic.
