| OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy of Bailing Capsule combined with compound alpha ketoacid tablets in the treatment of patients with chronic kidney disease 4-5 spleen and kidney qi deficiency.METHODS: A total of 59 patients with spleen-kidney qi deficiency syndrome who were admitted to the Department of Nephrology,Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2018 to October 2018 were enrolled.59 patients were divided into treatment group and control group,31 cases in the treatment group and 28 cases in the control group.The patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine + compound alpha ketoacid tablets,and the patients in the treatment group needed to use Bailing capsules on this basis.The therapeutic effect was observed after 3 months of treatment.RESULTS: After 3 months of treatment,compared with the control group,the effective rate of clinical symptom improvement in the treatment group was 54%,and the effective rate of clinical symptom treatment in the control group was 14.3%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Significance(P<0.05);in the treatment group,the increase of creatinine was improved,total cholesterol,total triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein and low-density lipoprotein were improved,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the TCM syndrome scores and plasma albumin scores in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Bailing Capsule combined with compound alpha ketoacid tablets can improve the plasma albumin index,significantly improve the fatigue,shortness of breath,lack of food,poor appetite,waist and knees and other symptoms,improve quality of life and delay the progression of renal function. |
