| Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of Bailing Capsule combined with ACEI in the treatment of DKD.Methods: CNKI?VIP?SINOWDE?PUBMED?COCHRANE and EMBASE were searched with the following terms: Diabetic kidney disease, Diabetic nephropathy, Bailing Capsule, et al. According to the predefined strategy, we progressed screening,data extraction, quality assessment, and analysised the results.Results: There are 15 trials involving 1085 participants. Meta-analysis showed that Bailing Capsule combined with ACEI had a significantly better effect compared with that of ACEI monotherapy on 24hUP?UAER?SCr?CRP and BP.Conclusion: Our meta-analysis suggested that Bailing Capsule combined with ACEI have a more beneficial effect compared with ACEI monotherapy on DKD, while without any improvement on hyperglycemia. However, with regard to low-quality of included trials, more randomized controlled trails with high-quality are needed to further verify the current results. |
