Clinical Research Of Biejiajieyu Decoction On The Treatment Of Liver Depression And Yin Deficiency In Breast Cancer After Comprehensive Treatment

Objective:To observe the effects of Biejiajieyu Decoction about the changes of clinical symptoms,syndromes,quality of life score and safety-related indexes in patients with liver depression and yin deficiency in breast cancer after comprehensive treatment.To investigate the clinical significance of this method in relieving the clinical symptoms and improving the quality of life of such patients,it provides a good idea and basis for the treatment of liver depression and Yin deficiency syndrome after comprehensive treatment of breast cancer.Methods:48 cases of breast cancer patients with liver depression and yin deficiency after comprehensive treatment were divided randomly and evenly into the treatment group and the control group,half of the patients were in the treatment group,which were given Biejiajieyu Decoction(150 ml each time,3 times a day),and the rest were in the control group,which were given the Chinese patent drug named Jiaweixiaoyaowan(1 bag at a time,2 times a day).Both groups took 2 consecutive weeks.To evaluate the changes of clinical symptoms,syndromes,quality of life score and safety-related indexes before,during and after treatment,and to evaluate its efficacy by statistical methods.Results:1.The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving various TCM syndromes,especially in emotional depression,breast swelling pain,irritability,dry pharynx,tide hot and night sweats,heart palpitations and insomnia,and reduced food intake.2.Both groups of drugs can reduce the total TCM score of patients,but the total score of patients in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group after the end of treatment.3.Whether it is the 7~thh day or the 14~thh day of treatment,the efficacy of the control group was lower than that of the treatment group.4.The KPS score of patients in treatment group was higher than that of control group.5.During the treatment process,there were no abnormal changes in the life indicators,three routine inspections,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram,etc.of the two groups of patients,and no adverse reactions occurred,indicating that there were no obvious toxic and side effects of the two groups of drugs.Conclusion:For patients with liver depression and yin deficiency after comprehensive treatment of breast cancer,the efficacy of Biejiajieyu Decoction is better than that of the Chinese patent drug Jiaweixiaoyaowan whether it is to improve Chinese medicine symptoms or improve KPS score.The results show that it is effective and safe to treat liver depression and yin deficiency.Moreover,there is a subtle relationship and novelty in the compatibility of various flavors of drugs.
