With the sustained development of China's economy and the growing national strength,people pay more and more attention to healthy and efficient life.Among them,the health problems of women and children have always been highly valued and concerned by people,and their health level represents the overall health status of the national population.Through investigation,we found that there are still long queuing time and unanswerable questions in the field of maternal and child health care in Hainan Province.In this paper,we use Android system,automatic consulting algorithm,cloud server theory and technology,through the domestic market research system feasibility study,clear the system's target requirements,overall functional requirements and database requirements.Through requirement analysis,it is found that the results of automatic consultation in many applications are not exactly the same.Therefore,the accuracy of the results of automatic consultation function is studied.On the basis of fully understanding Naive Bayesian algorithm and Jacquard similarity coefficient method,the combination method of TF-IDF and cosine value and the combination method of TF-IDF and Euclidean distance are proposed,and then the four algorithms are applied to the automatic consultation system.In terms of system design,the Android client is divided into four functional modules:personal center module,online service module,encyclopedia module and hospital information module.The server is divided into authority management module and maternal and child information management module.The functional points of each module are designed in detail.In the aspect of system implementation,the client is based on Android system,analyzing the key technologies and codes used by the client from the main interface of the system;the server is based on Aliyun server,designing a suitable architecture,introducing the load balancing and Docker-related operations involved in the architecture,showing the main implementation interface.After the function test and performance test of the client,the test results meet the system requirements.After comparing the accuracy of the four algorithms of automatic consulting through randomly selected experimental data sets,the results are analyzed.It is found that the accuracy of the results obtained by the combination of TF-IDF and cosine value method proposed in this paper improves the accuracy of the results obtained by other algorithms.This paper designs the system through demand analysis,and finally realizes the functions of appointlent registration,online consultation,health records viewing,and improves the arithmetic research of automatic consultation function,which inproves the accuracy of the results.In the future,the accuracy of the automatic consulting algorithm,the comprehensiveness of the system client function and the adaptability of the system server in the new environment will be deeply studied.
