Clinical From The Mutual Relationship Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis And The Deficiency Of Yang Qi,Study On Treating Post-stroke Depression By Adding QizhiFuling Pill Combined With Siqi Decoction

Objective: To explore the theoretical basis of Guizhi Fuling pill combined with siqi Decoction in treating post stroke depression,and to evaluate the clinical applicability of Guizhi Fuling pill combined with siqi Decoction in the treatment of post stroke depression by observing the changes in the degree of depression and TCM syndrome of siqi Decoction of Guizhi Fuling pill after apoplexy,and to provide experience for the treatment of post stroke depression.Methods: Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups.Among them,30 patients in the treatment group were treated with Guizhi Fuling Pill with Siqi Decoction and paroxetine hydrochloride tablets;30 patients in the control group were treated with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The scores of the Hamilton Depression Scale and the TCM Syndromes Scale were referenced before and after treatment.Results:1.after 12 weeks of treatment,the Hamilton Depression Scale score was compared,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,the total effective rate of the control group was 90%,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).2.after treatment,there were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in the total score difference between the TCM syndrome scores(P<0.05).The two groups had some effect on improving the symptoms of stroke,such as adverse physical activity and speech acerbity,but the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05)in the improvement of TCM syndrome factors,such as the feeling of restlessness,laziness and fatigue,chest tightness and phlegm,dizziness and forgetfulness.Conclusion: Guizhi Fuling pill combined with Siqi Decoction to treat phlegm stasis and stagnation of Yang Qi after stroke is effective in improving the depressive state of patients and TCM syndromes,and there is no obvious adverse reaction and side effects during the medication,which can be safely used in clinical practice.
