| Objective:To observe the preventive effect of Qingxin Huatan Fang on phlegm-fire perturbation of the mind type paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods:Select 66 cases of hospitalized patients with phlegm-fire perturbation of the mind type paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,66 patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group,two groups of primary disease and consistent anticoagulation and routine treatment,treatment group(33 cases)propafenone(propafenone)on the basis of the treatment combined with pure heart Huatan Decoction treatment,the control group(33 cases)on the basis of the treatment choice of propafenone as treatment,the observation time was 4 weeks.To observe the changes of TCM syndrome score,two groups before and after treatment of TCM syndrome curative effect,the onset of AF ECG and maximum P wave duration(Pmax),P wave dispersion(Pd),B type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)levels,observation index data,and the data in statistics.To determine the results of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The observation indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were all improved significantly.After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 84.85%,which was better than 54.55% of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Pmax,Pd significantly(P<0.05),the level of BNP was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the number of atrial fibrillation and duration were significantly reduced(P<0.05),compared with the control group after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),the clinical efficacy after treatment.The total efficiency of treatment group was 90.91%,better than 48.48% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Qingxin Huatan prescription in preventing phlegm-fire perturbation of the mind type paroxysmal atrial fibrillation is good,and there is no obvious adverse reaction,it is safe and effective. |
