Objective:A comparative study of patients with acute ischemic stroke(a type of TCM Qi stagnation and blood stasis)treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine(Huahuai Tongqiao Decoction +Western medicine routine)and Western medicine alone is used to treat acute ischemic stroke The effectiveness, safety, and possible mechanisms of action. Methods:Sixty patients with acute ischemic stroke(qi stagnation and blood stasis)who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 30 cases in each group. The former was treated with western medicine combined with Huayutongbitang and the latter Western medicine conventional treatment, treatment for 14 days.Observe the patient's National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),ADL,TCM Syndrome Score, and Lab Index before and after treatment.Lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, isotype Cysteine, blood rheology, and clinical safety of Huayutongbitang at the same time.Results:(1)Comparison of improved neurological deficit scores: There were significant differences in NIHSS scores before and after treatment in the group and after treatment in both groups(P<0.05),suggesting that both groups can reduce the NIHSS score and improve neurological function.Defect degree,Huayutongbitang group is better than Western medicine group.(2)Comparison of ADL scores in the ADL score scales before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).It is suggested that both groups can reduce the ADL score, reduce the degree of disability of the patients, and improve their living ability. The Huayutongbitang group has better efficacy than the Western medicine group. There was a statistically significant difference between the 30 th day and the 90 th day in the Huayutongbitang group and the ADL score group in the western medicine group, indicating that the Huayutongbitang group had a certain effect on the recovery of the patient's later life ability.(3)Comparison of clinical curative effect of TCM: The clearness rate of Huayutongbitang group was 80%,and the total effective rate was 96.67%;Western medicine group was more effective than 40%,and the total effective rate was 86.67%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, suggesting that Huayutongbitang can effectively treat AIS.(4)Laboratory parameters:Lipoprotein-related phospholipase A2,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, homocysteine, and hemorheology, and the differences between the two groups before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05)..The differences between the two groups after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).It is suggested that both treatment methods have the effect of inhibiting inflammatory reaction and improving blood rheology, and Huayutongbitang group is better than western medicine treatment group.(5)There was no adverse reaction in both groups, and no abnormality in safety inspection. Conclusion:The Huayutongbitang group regulates the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,lipoprotein-related phospholipase A2,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, homocysteine, and hemorheology in patients with AIS(qi stagnation and blood stasis type),To reduce the degree of neurological deficit and disability, improve daily life ability, improve qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, the curative effect is better than simple western medicine treatment.Huayutongbitang is safe and effective in treating AIS(qi stagnation and blood stasis type)without toxic side effects.
