Effect Observation And Mechanism Discussion On The Treatment Of Diminished Ovarian Reserve By Acupuncture

Objective:To explore the efficacy and mechanism of acupuncture in treating diminished ovarian reserve?DOR?from two aspects:clinical research and animal experiment.Methods:1.Clinical study:46 cases of diminished ovarian reserve were randomly divided into western medicine group 23 cases,acupuncture combined with western medicine group 23 cases.In the western medicine group,oral estradiol valerate and progesterone capsules,acupuncture combined with western medicine group on the basis of this,acupuncture shenshu?BL23?,taichong?Liv3?,sanYinjiao?SP6?,guanyuan?CV4?,baihui?GV20?.the levels of sex hormone and Kupperman scores were observed after 3 months.2.Experimental study:95 female rats were randomly divided into normal group?n=15?,model replication group?n=80?,the rat model was established by intraperitoneal injection of CTX,and model replication successful rats were randomly divided into model group,acupuncture combined western medicine group and western medicine group,each group 25.The rats in the model group were not treated.The western medicine group was given bujiale,and acupuncture combined with western medicine group on the basis of western medicine was acupunctured BL23,Liv3,SP6,CV4,GV20.After14d,the vagina cytology and ovarian histomorphology in rats was observed,and serum FSH,E₂,AMH levels and ovary bcl-2,Bax protein and mRNA were detected.Results:1.There was no significant change in E2 levels in both groups before treatment.The FSH content of both groups was significantly reduced?P<0.05?,the content of LH of western medicine group decreased?P>0.05?;The FSH level of acupuncture combined with western medicine group was significantly lower than that before treatment?P<0.05?.After treatment,in the adjustment of E2 and FSH content,acupuncture combined with western medicine group was significantly better than that of the western medicine group?P<0.05?.The level of LH was lower than that of western medicine group,but no statistical significance?P>0.05?.2.Animal experiment:the improvement of vagina cytology and ovarian histomorphology in acupuncture combined with western medicine group was better than that of the western medicine group and the model group,which was close to the normal group.Western medicine and acupuncture combined western medicine group after treatment hormone level changes of rats and the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax are better than the model group;Compared with the western medicine group,the serum FSH decreased,E2 and AMH increased,and the content of bcl-2 protein and mRNA increased in the ovarian tissue,and the expression of Bax protein and mRNA decreased.?P<0.05?.Conclusion:Acupuncture can improve the disorder hormone levels in patients with DOR and reduce its Kupperman score.The mechanism of acupuncture treatment of DOR may be to improve the expression of Bcl-2 protein and mRNA in ovarian tissue,reduce the level of Bax protein and mRNA,so as to improve ovarian reserve function.
