Two Kinds Of Internal Fixation Methods In Treatment Of Shoulder Dislocation With Combination Of TCM And Western Medicine Research

Objective: application of adjuvant therapy of Chinese medicine theory and prescription of preoperative and postoperative Endobutton best fixed material technology combined with rivets and clavicular hook plate in the treatment of Rockwood degree and above acromioclavicular joint dislocation in the hope of getting a third degree of Rockwood and above acromioclavicular joint dislocation,and provide a reference for clinical.Methods: according to this study,the case was found in the Department of orthopedics of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were met.Third degree of Rockwood admitted during the period from 2016 to 9 to September 2017 and above the shoulder dislocation in 60 patients,were randomly divided into A,B two groups,using the fixed materials of two groups of patients were based on the combination of static and dynamic theory,and the preoperative and postoperative application of Chinese medicine theory for guidance function exercise,oral prescription of traditional Chinese medicine of Tonifying the liver and kidney,strengthening tendons and bones.The patients of A internal fixation using Endobutton technology combined with rivet line(hereinafter referred to as Endobutton technologycombined with rivet line group)B group were selected,internal fixation of clavicular hook plate(hereinafter referred to as the clavicular hook plate group),all the patients after operation respectively in January,February,March and April were followed up shooting shoulder joint radiographs on April,at the follow-up according to the ConstantMurley scoring system of shoulder joint European Association and the American Shoulder and elbow surgery association ASES score standard for evaluation score,and fill in the third degree of Rockwood and above acromioclavicular joint dislocation patients return table.Results:(1)all 60 patients were followed up for 4 months,and all the dislocation had healed completely.The postoperative April A of patients with ASES score were excellent in 18 cases,good in 12 cases,0 cases,poor in 0 cases,the excellent rate was 100%;the B of patients with ASES score were excellent in 12 cases,good in 18 cases,0 cases,poor in 0 cases,the excellent rate was 100%,but the A group accounted for the rate was 60%,excellent rate was 40% in group B.However,the A group of Constant-Murley shoulder joint function score was 3 points higher than that of the B group,and the functional difference was statistically significant after statistical analysis.Group A was superior to group B in early function.Conclusion: This study shows that Endobutton technology combined with rivet and clavicular hook plate can achieve good fixation effect in the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation of Rockwood degree and above.Because Endobutton technology combined with rivets is more suitable for biomechanics,fewer complications,and avoids two operations.In early stage,the function of shoulder joint has recovered well,which has gained the attention of orthopedic surgeons.
