| Objective: Professor Minghe Zhang who formed his own original views andconsideration has been engaged in research of rheumatic disease for many years and quiteproficient in diagnosis and treatment of beriberoid disease, especially in Polymyositis&Dermatomyositis (PM/DM). The study probes into the Pathogenesis, mechanism andtherapy of PM/DM disease of Prof. Minghe Zhang. Methods: Reorganize formerly clinicalobservation material and collecte literature. Conclusion: Professor Zhang think thatstagnation of virulent heat-evil, dampness and blood stasis in the interior in the body is thebasic pathogenesis of PM/DM.
