Effect Of Huayu Detoxification On Inflammatory Factors In Early Diabetic Foot Patients

Objective To observe the promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,heat-clearing and detoxifying method to early old age diabetic foot inflammatory cytokines.Methods 90 cases of elderly patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into treatment group 60 cases,control group 30 cases.Treatment group(A group,B group)were divided into high-dose traditional Chinese medicine group 30 cases of aspirin,and low-dose Chinese medicine group 30 cases of aspirin,The control group(C group)received western medicine aspirin treatment.The indexes of hs-CRP,fibrinogen(FIB),tumor necrosis factor-? and the number of micro-emboli in every 20 minutes were observed before and after treatment.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,plasma fibrinogen and tumor necrosis factor-?were significantly decreased and the number of microemboli in every 20 minutes was significantly decreased after 4 weeks of treatment.Statistical analysis of P <0.05 has significant difference,P <0.01 has a very significant difference.The control group before and after treatment P> 0.05,no significant difference,but the number of micro-emboli before and after treatment were significantly different.The treatment group and control group were statistically significant between P <0.05,there was a significant difference.Conclusion Huayu detoxification traditional Chinese medicine in reducing the elderly patients with early diabetic foot inflammatory factor levels and micro-embolization has a significant effect.
