Objective:By ginseng injection in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy heart failure qi andYin deficiency syndrome of30cases of clinical research, explore and injection in thetreatment of dilated cardiomyopathy heart failure the curative effect of qi and Yindeficiency syndrome,in order to make objective evaluation to its,Provide certain objectivetheoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:first,60cases of DCM heart failure qi and Yin deficiency syndrome outpatient andhospitalized patients were randomly divided into treatment group and controlgroup,through the heart of DCM effect of integral scoring method (Lee’s heart failure),NT-pro-BNP,heart, left ventricular ejection fraction,6minutes walk test, the quality of lifescore, the change of TCM syndrome integral curative effect comparison.scond,complete case information collection table, and sorts through the data andstatistical analysis.Result:4weeks after treatment curative effect evaluation,treatment group curative effect inheart failure points scoring method (Lee’s heart failure),NT-pro-BNP,heart, left ventricularejection fraction,6minutes walking distance, the improvement of the quality of life scoreand TCM syndrome integral were better than control group (*P<0.05);The treatment groupin improving the left ventricular ejection fraction curative effect has no difference with thecontrol (*P>0.05);Safety indexes before and after treatment in both groups had no obviouschanges(P>0.05). Conclusion:Ginseng injection in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy heart failure qi and Yindeficiency syndrome in improving the curative effect of hf points scoring method (Lee’sheart failure), NT-pro-BNP,left ventricular ejection fraction,6minutes walking distance,the quality of life, TCM syndrome integral aspects all have remarkable curative effect.Twogroups of treatment have no effect in liver and kidney function,prompt early application ofginseng injection the basic usage of pure western medicine treatment effect is better.
