| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of integrative sequential method of nourishing yin and tonifying yang on polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)and ovulation disorder,and to explore the mechanism of its action and provide a theoretical basis for clinical application.Methods: The 96 PCOS patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group,control group A and control group B(without pretreatment cycle).The three groups were allocated to 1:1:1.Patients in the treatment group were given Progynova + progesterone(artificial cycle)+ nourishing yin and blood Decoction during the pretreatment period.Patients in the control group A were given Diane 35 + nourishing yin and blood Decoction during the pretreatment period.All patients were given clomiphene combined with Warm kidney and Ovum promotion soup during ovulation induction.The changes of basal body temperature,endocrine level,ovarian volume,endometrium thickness and uterine volume were observed as the main indexes,and the observation results were collected and statistically analyzed,and the clinical efficacy was judged by comparison and comparison before and after treatment.Results:(1)In terms of endocrine indicators,LH,LH/FSH,E2 and T in the treatment group and the control group after A treatment were significantly different from those before(P < 0.05),while B in the control group was opposite(P>0.05).Three groups of sex hormone levels after treatment,according to the results of comparing the two in the improvement of status of endocrine disorders,the curative effect of treatment group is better than that of control group A(P < 0.05),the control group B,the worst that pretreatment cycle can improve endocrine disorders of the role of the state,and the use of artificial cycle in pretreatment curative effect is superior to the British-35.(2)In ovarian and uterine volume change volume,the treatment group and control group A before and after the treatment of ovarian volume and uterine volume,the differences were significant(P < 0.05),the control group B of ovarian volume before and after treatment there was no significant difference(P > 0.05),shows that in addition to the control group B,groups of ovarian volume were significantly decreased after treatment,the uterus volume is significantly increased.In terms of improvement of ovary volume and uterine volume,the treatment group had the best curative effect,followed by control group A and the control group B.(3)Three groups of endometrial thickness comparison before and after the treatment,each group after treatment of endometrial thickness were significantly increased(P < 0.05),and to the improvement of the endometrial thickness,treatment group,the best control group in A second,less control group B.(4)From the basal body temperature(BBT)the curative effect of and advantage of follicular,efficient optimal treatment group,control group A,group B is the worst,but two efficient and no obvious difference in the control group(P > 0.05).(5)In terms of overall curative effect,the effective rate of the treatment group was the best,followed by the control group A and the control group B,but the total effective rate of the two control groups was not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusions:(1)The integrative sequential method of nourishing yin and tonifying yang can effectively improve the PCOS ovulatory status.(2)The integrative sequential method of nourishing yin and tonifying yang can effectively improve the endocrine disorder status,increase the endometrial thickness and volume of uterus,decrease the ovarian volume,improve the basal body temperature,the comprehensive curative effect is superior to the use of English as pretreatment in the control group A and control group B without pretreatment period.This study verified the effectiveness of the integrative sequential method of nourishing yin and tonifying yang to improve the state of PCOS anovulatory,worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
