Clinical Research Of AMH During The Process Of Stimulation Period Of Pcos As Well As The Kidneys And Sequential Chinese Medicine

Purpose:Observe the change of AMH during the impelling ovulation period of PCOS and esimate excretion effect of PCOS by AMH as well as the OHSS situationSolution:To divide 71 PCOS patients who are imitated to impel the ovulation randomly into a group which take the treatment of Chinese traditional medicine associated with western medicine (therapeutic group:43 patients,60 periods) and another group which take the treatment of western medicine (matched group:28 patients,42 periods). Observe the figure of D3 serum hormone, days of HCG, number of the preeminent ovum. These two groups are compared by the result of the rate of ovulation, proportion of seasonal gestation, OHSS and LUFS.etc. Observe the possible relevance between the AMH and the consequence of impelling ovulation.Consequences:(1) Evident diversity is clearly can be found by comparing the basic figure of AMH and LH of OHSS group and non-OHSS group (P<0.05).There is no clearly diversity be found by comparing the basic figure of AMH of LUFS group and non-LUFS group,as well as gestation and non- gestation.(2) Cure rate of the therapeutic group 35%, total efficiency 85%; cure rate of the matched group 16.7%, total efficiency 64.3%, evident diversity is clearly can be found from the clinical curative effect for impelling ovulation of these two groups. (P<0.05)(3) Evident diversity is clearly can be found by comparing the ovulatory period of the therapeutic group 85% with the ovulatory period of the matched group 64.3%(P<0.05). Evident diversity is clearly can be found by comparing the single ovum's developmental period of the therapeutic group 71.7% with the single ovum's developmental period of the matched group 35.7%(P<0.05). Evident diversity is clearly can be found by comparing the HCG ply of endometrium of the therapeutic group with the HCG ply of endometrium of the matched group (p<0.05).(4) Evident diversity is clearly can be found by comparing the proportion of seasonal gestation of the therapeutic group 35%(21/60) with the proportion of seasonal gestation of the matched group 16.7%(7/42), (P<0.05). Evident diversity is clearly can be found by comparing the OHSS occurrence rate of the therapeutic group 8.3% with the OHSS occurrence rate of the matched group 23.8%(p<0.05).Conclusion:Endocrine state of the easy happening tendency of OHSS can be sensitively prompted by AMH in the stimulate cycle of PCOS. Traditional Chinese medicine can coordinate the level of AMH,E2,LH/FSH,also can increase the developmental period of single ovum, improve the proportion of ovulation and rate of gestation and decrease the occurrence rate of OHSS.etc. This treatment has a positive effect on impelling ovulation for the stimulating period of PCOS.
