The Clinical Research On Acupuncture And Moxibustion With Herbs In Treating Low Back Pain Of Deficiency Of Kidney-YANG

Objective:To observe clinical effect on Acupuncture and moxibustion with herbs in Treating low back pain of deficiency of kidney-YANG,And to provide objective basis for clinical treatment furtherly.Method:To divide 60 patients with low back pain of deficiency of kidney-YANG into two groups randomly.acupuncture and moxibustion with herbs group(30 cases)as observation group and acupuncture group(30 cases)as control group.Observation group received acupuncture and moxibustion with herbs treatment,control group received acupuncture treatment,all of the cases were treated for one treatment period of two weeks.Observing two groups' clinical efficacy and the following indexes before and after treatment including VAS,JOA and deficiency of kidney-YANG syndrome of dialectical factor score,and finally,analysising the statistical date.Results:1.Clinical effect:The effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%and the effective rate of the control group was 76.67%after one treatment period.The efficacy of observation group had the statistical significance compared with the control group(P<0.05).2.Before and after treatment,Two groups'VAS,JOA and deficiency of kidney-YANG syndrome of dialectical factor score have significant differences(P<0.05).3.After treatment,two groups'VAS,JOA and deficiency of kidney-YANG syndrome of dialectical factor score have significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion with herbs have a significant effect in treating low back pain of deficiency of kidney-YANG,and superior to acupuncture.
