Using Data Mining Technology To Analyze The Rule Of Modern Chinese Medicine Treatment Of Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer

Object:Through the collection in Chinese Journal Full-text Database published on recurrent aphthous ulcer related articles,Using SPSS20.0 IBM and IBM SPSS Modeler 14.1 data mining software as a mining tool,in order to explore the regularity of drug use in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer.Methods:With a set of keywords for retrieval conditions collected in Chinese journal full text database(CNKI)published in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer related literature from 2006 to 2016,according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,established the database of prescription.After standardized treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,then built the original database,Using IBM spss20.0 software and IBM SPSS Modelerl4.1 for data mining,summarizes the drug of "four properties" and "five tastes","traditional Chinese medicine meridian","frequency of use" rules,association rule analysis and cluster analysis obtained new drug group.Results:"Four properties" statistical occupies the top two are cold and warm,"five tastes " Statistics in living in the same place is the "sweet" and "bitter".traditional Chinese medicine meridian occupies the top four are "Stomach Meridian"、"Heart Meridian"、“Lung Meridian"、"Spleen Meridian",frequency of drug that classified in the top two is heat and tonifying deficiency of traditional Chinese medicine,a total of 17 drug combinations were obtained in 10 groups by cluster analysis,and association rules analysis was used to obtain 9 groups of 32 drug combinations.Conclusion:Using data mining techniques to explore the law of the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer with Chinese Medicine.Four properties and five flavours that the modern Chinese medicine treatment of recurrent oral ulcer drug make cold medicines are used in conjunction with warm drugs,reinforcing and reducing as the main characteristics,Chinese medicine meridiann in the distribution of "Stomach" and "Heart","Luna" and "Spleen",all of these indicate that the Stomach is the main part of the disease.High frequency drugs are mainly "heat clearing drugs" and "tonic drugs".Some of the drugs were obtained by cluster analysis and association rule analysis,the combination of these drugs for recurrent oral ulcer,exogenous toxic accumulation of heart and spleen.Yin Huo Wang,excessiveness,fiery heart,liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome for accurate treatment,these studies provide the dialectical thinking and thinking for the clinical treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer,and provide reference for the research and development of new drugs.
