Theoretical Study On The Method Of Nourishing Yin And Removing Phlegm

In view of the actual situation of yin deficiency and phlegm drinking in Chinese medicine,this paper extensively consults the relevant treatises on Yin deficiency and phlegm drinking in the past dynasties.On the basis of analyzing the relationship between yin and body fluid,yin deficiency and phlegm drink,the paper expounds the pathological mechanism of the yin deficiency caused by the yin deficiency,and expounds one by one of the doctors in the past dynasties.Five common types of yin deficiency lead to the type of pathogenesis of phlegm retention.On the basis of clarifying the pathological mechanism of yin deficiency and phlegm drinking,the meaning,indications and typical clinical manifestations of the method of nourishing yin and dispelling phlegm were clarified,and 3 types of clinical application were put forward,namely,"Dispelling Phlegm mainly,Supplementing Yin","Nourishing Yin mainly,supplementing phlegm","Eliminating phlegm and nourishing Yin equally ".The compatibility of Yin nourishing drugs in expectorant prescriptions was discussed,which provided legislative evidence for nourishing yin and eliminating phlegm.This study comprehensively combed the theoretical basis of the method of nourishing yin and eliminating phlegm,providing a more systematic theoretical basis for the treatment of yin deficiency and phlegm syndrome.It has solved the problem of "nourishing yin and leaving phlegm,removing phlegm and injuring Yin" in theory,providing new ideas and new methods for the treatment of clinical sputum drinking,and has positive clinical significance.
