In recent years,with the research of highly pathogenic virus,the demand of hospital environment becomes higher and higher.Especially after the outbreak of the SARS virus,the world has increased the importance of biosafety,the construction of high quality biosafety laboratory ushered in a rapid development cycle.How to realize the biological safety of laboratory more intelligently is a new challenge for Ground controllers of the Technical indicators.Biosafety protection of three laboratories on the pressure gradient requirements is very strict.According to the fault of fan,Personnel access as well as Starting and stopping of safety cabinet,the System must deal with the disturbance caused by indoor negative pressure and to achieve real-time monitoring of the status of sensors and actuators,and when the controlled parameters exceed the standard,the sound and light alarm signal is sent out.In this paper,according to the requirements of the actual technical index and function,the design scheme of P3 laboratory fresh air pressure control system is proposed after comprehensive consideration.The hardware of the system adopts STM32F103C8T6 as the main control chip,to ensure the high performance of the system,combined with the multi voltage grade power supply circuit,sensor interface circuit,man-machine interface circuit etc.constitute the hardware part of the control system.The software,and according to the design plan to complete the entire process control system,according to real time monitoring of environmental parameters,through the PID algorithm to control the real-time execution mechanism,to complete the P3 laboratory control of the fresh air pressure,in addition,also includes a power on-off control system,man-machine interaction software control etc.Considering the limitations of the traditional PID algorithm itself,this article launches the theoretical research on the fuzzy PID algorithm,according to the characteristics of the P3 laboratory,complete modeling work is done through Simulink model structures,The traditional PID algorithm and the Mamdani fuzzy PID algorithm are used to control the simulation experiment of the hospital P3 laboratory,and the experimental results are compared?The experimental results show that compared with the traditional PID algorithm,the Mamdani type fuzzy PID algorithm can improve the dynamic and static characteristics of the P3 Laboratory,and guarantee the system to obtain more stable negative pressure control.
