Target-controlled infusion is an intravenous drug delivery method,which is based on pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamics and controls the anesthesia depth by adjusting the target drug concentration.delivery by computer, which can control the patienrs’ anethesia depth properly, and there is an important significance in improving the level of the anesthesia. Closed-loop target-controlled infusion achieves the feedback control of the patienrs’ anethesia depth in real time and the progress of anesthesia drugs infusion, which can reduce the risk of the progress of the clinical anesthesia, relieve the suffering of patients, enhance the effectiveness of open loop control. It has higher clinical application value. This paper mainly studies the method and strategy of the closed target-controlled infusion based on the intelligent fuzzy control theory and the neural network theory.Describe the basic principle figure of clinical closed target-controlled infusion, from the present situation and the development trend of anesthesiology, the technology and prospect of anesthesia depth, the development trend of model, the present situation and prospect of target-controlled infusion, and the basic principle of intelligent fuzzy control. The experience of the fuzzy PID control system revise the current output error control information,,through the rules, and the controlled parameters do not depend on the physical parameters of controlled object, and control algorithm of parameter setting,which can be solved with anesthesia the contradiction between the difference of the physical parameters of an object, to realize individualized medication, expand the scope of the target control infusion anesthesia object. Using fuzzy neural network self-learning, adaptive function, setting a fuzzy neural network PID controller, the PID parameters setting, real-time based on fuzzy neural network PID closed-loop control of target control infusion process control scheme design and simulation in clinical anesthesia, to solve the dosing rate curve and the BIS time curve.Through comparing and analysing the clinical anesthesia target control infusion process control plan, which based on intelligent fuzzy adaptive setting PID control and neural network PID control, evaluating the process dynamic characteristic and static characteristic of the response of the system, at the same time, with two kinds of control scheme compared with clinical anesthesia actual control, optimal control schemes are obtained. For clinical anesthesia target controlled infusion of intellectualized and individualized drug provides reference and guidance.
