Diabetes has been puzzling humanity since long, because it cannot be cured during the lifetime. Because of the insulin lacking or metabolism problem, the glucose of the diabetic cannot be used, resulting in high glucose level, and glucose is gone through emiction. So diabetic micturate frequently, result in lacking water and strong damaging to body. Insulin supplies from external is the only method of curing the diabetes. The difficulty is the control of the insulin quantity. The traditional method—oral intake or inject insulin by artificiality is inconvenient and imprecise. The research of controlling insulin's injection automatically is imperative.Aiming at adjusting the blood glucose level of the typeⅠdiabetic individual, a model reference adaptive-fuzzy-PD control method is developed in this paper, which combines the principles of fuzzy control, adaptive control and PD adaptive control. In the proposed method, with reference to the blood glucose of healthy people, the controller is designed according to the variation of blood glucose's difference in value between the patients and the healthy ones, and effective fuzzy rules are established as adaptive rules to dynamically adjust the parameters of the controller, therefore the patients'blood glucose level can be controlled automatically, scientifically and effectively. The results of simulation shows that, this method can ensure the blood glucose regulatory process of the diabetes patient approach to that of the healthy body, and effectively lower the patient's blood glucose level to the normal even the intake of glucose changes widely.
