Diabetes is a metabolic disease that is caused by insufficient insulin secretion due to impaired pancreatic function or insulin resistance caused by excessive insulin secretion.The effective cure is not exsit for diabetes in the medical field at present.In clinical practice,artificial insulin is mainly used to effectively lower blood glucose and reduce diabetic complications.For type?daibetes,the body of patient cannot normally secrete insulin.Therefore,injection of artificial insulin has become the best therapeutic schedule for patients with type 1 diabetes.In particular,the proposal of artificial pancreas provides a closed-loop control for blood glucose control in patients with type I diabetes,which greatly improves the control effect.However,the meal,individual differences,free fatty acid(FFA),and insulin response delay all have a certain impact on the blood glucose of diabetic patients,which directly affect the performance of the artificial pancreas control algorithm.Therefore,this article focuses on patients with type?diabetes,based on the Takagi-Sugeno(T-S)fuzzy control theory and H_?control theory,to solve the blood glucose control problem of artificial pancreas control algorithm under the different disturbances of internal and external factors and improve the robustness of the artificial pancreas control algorithm.The specific research work is as follows:1.Considering the effect of meal on blood glucose metabolism,the Bergman minimum model is used to describe the blood glucose metabolism system of type?diabetes.The design conditions of H_?blood glucose control algorithm are given based on T-S fuzzy control theory and H_?control theory.The simulation shows that the blood glucose is stable at the normal level under the disturbance of meal.2.Considering the effects of meal and individual differences on blood glucose metabolism,a mathematical model of the blood glucose metabolism system under the influence of individual difference disturbances is proposed.Based on the T-S fuzzy control theory,a H_?blood glucose controller is designed using the Lyapunov function method.The controlled blood glucose of patients stabilized at the normal level under the disturbance of meal and individual differences.3.Considering the effects of meal,individual differences and FFA on blood glucose metabolism,a mathematical model of the glucose metabolism system under the influence of individual differences and FFA disturbances is proposed.Based on T-S fuzzy control theory,the H_?blood glucose controller is designed using the Lyapunov function method.The controlled blood glucose of patients stabilized at normal levels under the influence of meal,individual differences and FFA.4.Considering the effects of meal,individual differences and insulin response delay on blood glucose metabolism,a mathematical model of the glucose metabolism system under the influence of individual differences and insulin response delay disturbances is proposed.Based on the T-S fuzzy control theory,the H_?blood glucose controller is designed using the Lyapunov-Krasovskii function method,and the simulation results show that the controlled blood glucose of patients is stable at the normal level under the conditions of meal,individual differences and insulin response delay.
