Objective1.Describe the level of disease uncertainty in hospitalized patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy;2.Analysis of the main influencing factors of the level of disease uncertainty in this type of patients.MethodsIn this study,160 patients with gestational hypertension were enrolled in the Nanjing Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2015 to February 2017 using a descriptive and relevant study. Before the investigation, the researchers first obtained the informed consent of the patients, using the general information questionnaire, the Chinese version of the Mishel disease uncertainty scale, the social support rating scale to conduct a survey, and verifying the collected data to check whether there are any missing items or missing items.Doubles were entered into SPSS19.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Descriptive statistics analyze the patient's level of disease uncertainty.Statistical analysis of differences in disease uncertainty between patients with different demographic characteristics and disease-related conditions by one-way ANOVA(P<0.05 is statistically significant). The relationship between disease uncertainty level and social support level was analyzed using Pearson correlation analysis. The statistically significant influencing factors in the single factor analysis were selected as independent variables, and the level of disease uncertainty was multivariate linear regression analysis of the dependent variables to find out the main influencing factors of the level of disease uncertainty in hospitalized patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.Results1.This study issued 160 questionnaires. In 10 cases, the patient refused to continue the investigation because of the discomfort after the investigation. The questionnaire was collected in 150 cases, the effective recovery rate was 93.7%,and 76%of the hospitalized patients with hypertensive disorder of pregnancy had higher levels.Uncertainty of the disease, the average score was(66.79 ± 11.02)points,of which the undefined dimension score was(41.67±9.45)points,and the complexity dimension was(25.12±6.04)points;2.The total score of social support for hospitalized patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy was(33.97 ± 7.39),which was at a medium level. The objective support score was(7.44±2.06),the subjective support score was(18.73±2.06),and the social support utilization score was(7.15±2.08).3.By single factor analysis, the differences in the level of disease uncertainty among patients with different academic qualifications, gestational weeks, residence, family monthly income, number of births during pregnancy, and severity of conscious disease were statistically significant(P<0.05);There was a statistically significant difference in the level of disease uncertainty between patients with different levels of social support and sub-dimensional scores(P<0.05).4.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the level of disease uncertainty in hospitalized patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy was related to academic qualifications, number of pregnancies, severity of conscious disease, and subjective support(P<0.05).5.Inpatients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy disease uncertainty dimension:complexity dimension score is(25.12±6.04)points,related to education, number of pregnancies, history of hypertension, social support and related dimensions(P<0.05).6.Inpatients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, disease uncertainty dimension:unclear dimension score(41.67±9.45),related to social support, subjective support, social support utilization, education, objective support, and severity of conscious disease(P<0.05).7.Correlation analysis between disease uncertainty and social support:The results of the study showed that, except for the ambiguity dimension and the social support utilization(p<0.05),the hospitalized patients with hypertensive disorder complicated the disease. The total score and its subdivision were negatively correlated with the social support score and its subdivision(P<0.05).ConclusionThe level of disease uncertainty in hospitalized patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is at a moderate level. The main factors affecting the level of disease uncertainty in hospitalized patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension include education, number of pregnancies, severity of conscious disease, and subjective support.Among them, academic qualifications and subjective support are negatively correlated with the level of disease uncertainty, while patients with more pregnancies and high levels of conscious disease have relatively higher levels of disease uncertainty. Therefore,it should be paid attention to in clinical nursing work.
