Research On Risk Management In The Planning And Design Stage Of Y Hospital Reconstruction And Expansion Project

Y hospital is one of the hospitals directly under the state administration of traditional Chinese medicine in Beijing.It is a "grade a specialized hospital of traditional Chinese medicine",which undertakes medical,scientific research and teaching tasks and features the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.Its ongoing Y hospital reconstruction and expansion project is in the stage of planning and design,so it is urgent to carry out risk management research at this stage.This thesis studies the risk management in the planning and design stage of the reconstruction and expansion project of TCM specialty hospital,so as to avoid the risk at the beginning of the project.The main work completed by the author is as follows:(1)through field research,10 specific problems in the planning and design of Y hospital were found.It needs to be solved in the reconstruction and expansion planning and design,and also reflects the common problems of hospital planning and design.(2)through the WBS work decomposition structure,the planning and design stage of the reconstruction and expansion project of the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine was decomposed,and the key work and risk links were determined.Based on questionnaire survey,expert interview,literature survey and other methods,the risk corresponding to 19 key jobs was sorted out,and a risk statistical table of the planning and design stage of the reconstruction and expansion project of TCM specialty hospital with 44 risk factors was formed.(3)extract 19 key risks out of 44 risk factors,and use AHP analytic hierarchy process to calculate and sort the risk weight,and find out 3 high-weight risks.(4)in risk checklist for tools,combined with high risk and key risk weights and the Chinese medicine hospital rehabilitation and expansion project planning and design stage risk statistics ",put forward the three-level risk management methods,and formed by mid early research and management of the planning and design,design management,the late acceptance management of risk management.Implementation and verification were carried out in the planning and design of the reconstruction and expansion project of Y hospital,which further confirmed the scientific,feasibility and practicability of the risk management method.
