According to statistics,90%of presidents in China are experts,most of them haven't accept the system education of the management before they become president.According to another statistics,96%of hospital managers agree that the system studies of management is necessary,but in fact only 28%of the hospital managers have accept short management trainings.Only 53%of the hospital managers have essential knowledge of administration in hospital,and these knowledge roots in the experiences of daily work.Medical experts have contrast the management mode between domestic and international,domestic hospitals are not lacking in advanced medical equipments or technologies,but the managers with concept of occupation.For a long time,the presidents of hospitals' selection mode is "Expert-Manager-President",this mode lacks to regard that management is a scientific subject.The president of the hospital is the key link of the hospital occupation administrator,must pay attention and enhance the level of management and personal qualities.Now,the mainly selection mode of Northwest hospital is select from medical experts or discipline leaders.Their clinical experience and cultural literacy have got a very high standard,have certain academic status and mass foundation in the hospital.But these medical experts who have professional authority in their disciplines lack systematic study of professional education in management,psychology,politics and economics.They use traditional and extensive management to supervise the hospital,what result many loopholes.Management experts have deep?strong?professional sociology and management science,they have essentially different from medical experts.The way they treat with problem,the angle of their view,the understanding of their vision,and the method of their realization are quite different.If the expert presidents don't change their knowledge structure,improve their occupation,and achieve the Vocational-President to supervise the hospital,before long,the hospital will be difficult to adapt to social and economic development,or satisfy the needs of the hospital development.This thesis will analyze through the study of the basic theory of the occupation,combining the status of the Northwest Hospital,practicing the way of occupation,provides the reference for the occupation management development route of the Northwest Hospital.
